The Heriot-Watt Global College is the academic unit for the Bachelor Degree Accelerator Foundation Programme in Edinburgh, Foundation Programme in Malaysia and Degree Entry Programme in Dubai. The Foundation programme in Malaysia is a programme of study to prepare school leavers for undergraduate degree programmes. The foundation programme is designed to develop the students' subject knowledge and skills including writing skills, academic English, and assessment and examination techniques. The University offers a Foundation in Science and a Foundation in Business with intakes in January, April, July and September. Heriot-Watt University Malaysia is seeking to recruit enthusiastic academics with experience of teaching in Higher Education, at the Foundation Programme and/or Undergraduate levels. Successful candidates will also be expected to develop strong links to colleagues at the Scottish campuses to deliver high quality learning and teaching, and to contribute to the continued development of the programmes offered to students. Academic staff may also contribute to degree programmes in a variety of Schools.
