**Job Description:**
**Monday to Saturday (3 shifts rotating, weekly)**
**Morning: 7am to 3.15pm**
**Afternoon: 3pm to 11.15pm**
**Night: 11pm to 7.15am**
**Work Location: Arrow Electronics PTP**
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Set up and operate programming, marking and tape & reel equipment following quality operating instructions (ETQ) or Standard Work Instruction (SWI).
+ Process customer orders focusing in one or more programming process (Auto, Tape & Reel, Manual Programme, Order Prep/Labeling, Visual, SGRI & Gateship).
+ Set up and operate programming, laser marking, ink dot and tape & reel following quality operating instructions (ETQ/ QOIs) and strictly follow the active Standard Work Instruction (SWI).
+ Process customer orders in 1 or more programming station / platform.
+ Other duties as assigned by the Superior / Team Lead.

+ 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role in an established organization.
+ Experience within the electronics or high technology industry is added advantage.
+ Minimum SPM educational qualification required
+ Computer literacy - preferred WMS, DMS experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in PCBA/Box System manufacturing or Test Engineering, preferably from EMS background.
- Familiarity with test methods and understanding of test programs at the Functional Test level.
- Experience with ESS/HASS chambers and capable of creating test profiles and fixtures based on customer specifications.
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory, statistical analysis tools, and failure analysis at system and device levels.
- Proficiency with basic test instruments like digital oscilloscopes, LCR meters, spectrum analyzers, etc.
- Ability to interpret customer test documentation, schematics, drawings, CAD files, and datasheets.

Document technical specifications and ensure clarity for future maintenance and support. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science,
Information Technology , or a related field. 5 to 8 years
of solid hands-on experience in
SAP ABAP
development. Proven expertise in
SAP SD, MM, WM, and FI
modules. Strong understanding of
SAP development frameworks
and debugging tools. Familiarity with
SAP S/4HANA
is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. A proactive and business-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) SAP Certification in ABAP or related modules. Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments. Exposure to
SAP Fiori/UI5
