In Malaysia, Bosch is active in four business sectors: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. The company has three manufacturing sites and research and development offices in Penang, producing automotive electronics, power tools and steering systems, and soon a fourth plant with a final testing centre for sensors and semiconductors. In 2020, Bosch Malaysia generated consolidated sales of RM 518.4 million (108.1 million euros), and currently employs more than 4,000 associates.
PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group’s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. The construction has begun in May 2021 and first series of production to commence in 2023. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics’ fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.

Job DescriptionDevelopment of test programs for automotive ASICs on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).Ability to support or lead projects from development phase to mass production.
Main functions as follows:-
- Develop test programs for automotive ASICs on Automatic Test Equipment (e.g. Advantest V93k,…)
- Define test concepts and test specifications together with the design team in ASIC development projects
- Perform and analyze statistical analysis of measurement data on wafers and packaged devices tosupportother design functions
- Collaborate with different development locations, internal functions and external suppliers
- Optimize the test development environment
*Special condition
For job-induction, a stay of 6-12 months in Germany (Reutlingen) might be required.
Qualifications- Candidate to possess Masters or Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Professional Competence - Good knowledge of electrical measurements (digital and analog) and good coding skills (e.g. C, C++, Visual Basic,…)
- Experience and Knowhow - A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the semiconductor test development field.
- Leadership Competence - Ability to lead technical discussions with design team and to lead a test development engineering team
- Entrepreneurial Mindset - Skill to drive projects that meets performance, development costs, product costs (test time) and schedule objectives

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end influencer marketing process - from identifying the right KOL/KOCs to building strong relationships, ideating impactful content, and measuring performance. The stories you help create and scale will directly shape how fast and how far we grow.
What You’ll Do
Be the driver of influencer marketing - sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding KOL/KOCs who align with BJAK’s brand and objectives. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with influencers to ensure creative, impactful collaborations. Plan, brainstorm, and brief influencers on content ideas that drive awareness, educate audiences, and promote BJAK’s key campaigns. Review and select influencer-generated content weekly for distribution on BJAK’s social media channels. Analyze influencer campaign performance, report results, and optimize for engagement and ROI. Stay on top of content trends and platform updates, adapting them into BJAK’s campaigns to keep content fresh and relevant. Ensure all influencer-led content is delivered on time, at high quality, and in line with compliance standards.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You…
Have a sharp eye for content and can spot influencers who truly resonate with their audience. Are organized and detail-driven, managing multiple influencer collaborations without dropping the ball. Communicate clearly and confidently, whether briefing influencers or presenting results internally. Love building - from campaign concepts to influencer partnerships to reporting processes. Take full ownership of campaigns, from ideation to post-performance analysis. Move fast, but always with thought, care, and precision.
The Right Fit Has…
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC management, or social media campaigns. Proven ability to source, manage, and deliver results with influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Strong understanding of digital and social content trends. Analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance and ROI. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, and evolving startup environment.
Nice to Have
An established network of influencers across multiple categories. Experience in social commerce, affiliate/KOC campaigns, or community building. Familiarity with regional influencer markets (ASEAN, China, Japan, Taiwan). Creative experience in content production, copywriting, or campaign design. Exposure to influencer campaign management tools and analytics platforms.

Job DescriptionThe Role
As a member of the APAC Enablement Leadership team, this role reports to the Head of APAC Enablement. The Senior Enablement Manager Strategy, Planning & Content is responsible for leading a team of enablement and content professionals, including people leaders, to develop and implement APAC enablement strategies, content, and platforms to drive sales excellence across diverse regional markets. This role is the owner of the APAC Strategic Capabilities Roadmap and leads the team who is the main interface with GTM and other Product related teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement APAC-tailored enablement strategies that align with APAC wide objectives while addressing unique regional needs
- Lead the creation and execution of multiyear strategic workforce development strategies
- Establish workflow intake and content development frameworks
- Lead and develop a team of learning professionals to drive high performance, professional growth, and effective regional execution • Adapt local materials for APAC audiences, ensuring cultural relevance through appropriate language, references, and business contexts
- Build strong relationships with APAC business leaders including Managing Directors, Sales Directors and Head Of across all markets within SEEK to understand regional priorities, secure buy-in for initiatives, and demonstrate measurable business impact
- Establish and track regional KPIs while strategically allocating resources to maximize value creation and maintain capacity 30 May 2025
- Partner with the wider Sales & Success Leadership Group (Including Managing Directors, Sales Directors and Head Of across all markets within SEEK) to maintain consistency while advocating for APAC-specific requirements and sharing regional best practices
- Pilot and implement new enablement approaches that address unique APAC market challenges and learning preferences
- Ensure all enablement initiatives deliver measurable outcomes that support business growth objectives across diverse APAC market
Skills and Experience
- Previous leadership experience in sales enablement or learning & development
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Strong understanding of APAC markets and cultural differences
- Demonstrated experience in leading multi market Strategic Workforce Development Strategies
- Excellence in Stakeholder Engagement & Management (C-suite, Executives and Senior Leaders)
- Experience developing and executing enablement strategies across multiple countries • Demonstrated change and transformation experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
- Excellent project management and resource planning skills
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align enablement with business objectives
- Demonstrated success in measuring and demonstrating impact of enablement initiatives
