As a Non-Biddable Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful media investments across traditional and digital platforms. Working closely with internal teams and external media partners, you will execute and optimize campaigns that reach millions, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Non-Biddable traditional & digital campaigns (TV, Non-TV, Digital) for assigned GroupM clients.
  • Create and review media schedules using the media operating system.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report offline media performance.
  • Coordinate data tracking for weekly performance monitoring.
  • Oversee campaign material requirements, ensuring timely vendor delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to best-in-class campaign operations processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Learn and apply new tools to enhance campaign performance.
  • Build strong relationships with media vendors, owners, and ad tech partners.
  • Provide insights for mid/post-campaign reports to optimize future campaigns.
  • Liaise with finance on client invoicing and vendor payments.
  • Support additional projects or tasks as assigned.

    Account Manager for Digital Advertising Sales at Innity .     Account Manager

    is responsible for developing and executing marketing sales strategies to achieve profit and sales growth objectives for assigned key accounts across agency and direct clients. Job Responsibilities:

    Develop business growth strategies and achieve sales, profit, and target objectives. Manage budgets, negotiate favorable terms, and utilize funds effectively to meet financial goals. Generate sales leads through personal, professional, and external networks. Present, negotiate, and sell online media products to prospective agencies and direct clients, including pitching to executives, media planners, and marketing managers. Participate in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars. Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and draft contracts. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to help team members achieve their targets. Conduct regular business reviews to improve team performance. Build rapport with current and potential clients and provide timely, accurate information for decision-making. Perform sales analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify new business opportunities. Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and build a strong network within the online media industry. Collaborate with regional team members to address business needs. Perform additional tasks as directed by management. Job Requirements:

    Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields. Relevant work experience is a plus. Demonstrate strategic and analytical sales approach focused on securing new business. Strong knowledge of internet concepts and ability to discuss them convincingly. Excellent presentation, communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Advertising experience is advantageous. Experience in advertising/media, strategic marketing, or consulting is preferred. Experience selling web solutions in competitive environments is ideal. Skills:
