+ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
+ Foster a culture of safety by identifying and eliminating hazards, ensuring adherence to safety practices, and promoting proactive risk management across all production activities.
+ Ensure the delivery of high-quality services by monitoring compliance with airworthiness standards, addressing quality issues, and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions resulting from audits and compliance monitoring programs.

+ Candidate will have strong operations background managing high volume shift operations and possessing deep knowledge in process engineering. Ideal candidate should have technical degree with at least 5 years experience and demonstrated background in working with multiple stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Degree in any discipline and more than 5 years of aviation experience.
+ Strong understanding of MRO activities and shop processes (added advantage).

+ Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to execute effectively.

**Job Description**
Responsible and capable in troubleshooting and repairing automation equipment (ARV, ARS and MMS) and ensuring this equipment are in good condition to support production capacity.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Responsible for improving and sustaining the automation equipment capability and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE, MTBA and MTBF)
+ Performing and line troubleshooting and supporting daily production operation in handling auto robotic storages and auto robotic vehicles
+ Analyze equipment failure root causes and propose corrective actions.
+ Ability to identify root cause and provide corrective action through use of Effective problem solving tools.
+ Perform regular inspections to identify equipment root cause.
+ Perform Preventive Maintenance and calibration the equipment to optimal condition.
+ Maintain equipment maintenance documentation and checklist.
+ Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
+ Support equipment setup and relocation
+ Assist SME and supervisor in continuous equipment improvement projects and automation projects
+ Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, motivation, and willingness to work proactively either independently or within the team.
+ To meet MTBA, UPH and down time
+ To sustain and maintain 6S and PM activities
+ Quality issue investigation & CA monitoring
+ Ensure and manage all the automation components good condition to support production.
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED:**
+ Candidate must have at least Professional Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering
**SKILLS:**
+ Good communication in Malay and English so able to communicate with internal customers and FSE (vendor).
+ Equipment technicians must be well-versed in safety protocols and procedures for handling tools and working with others.
+ Equipment technicians must be able to find solutions to unexpected challenges that arise when maintaining equipment.
+ Experience in preparing documentations will be advantages.

Test Equipment Technician perform software, electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in Test Process.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Responsible to sustain test equipment with minimal downtime.
+ Provides Manufacturing and Equipment support needs in a rapidly changing development and high-volume manufacturing environment.
+ Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to schematics, repair manuals, or specifications.
+ Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting diagnosis on production equipment.
+ Resolves non-standard problems, works with minimal supervision, and can adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
+ Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
+ Works with Engineering to support new equipment installations and improvement initiatives.
+ Responsible for improving and sustaining the equipment capability and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE and Yield).
+ Assist engineer during DOE and improvement project.
**Qualifications**
