About The Job

As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of customized product orders, collaborating closely with teammates in sales and operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Process custom UV printing & laser engraving production orders according to established standard operating procedures (SOP).
• To work with teammates in Sales & Ops to complete customized job orders per client’s specifications/designs.
• In charge of the production process end-to-end: from receiving order request, test-printing, artwork adjustments, production, to QC and fulfillment.
• Manage, maintain, and oversee all components of production machine(s) & equipment, including liaising with supplier for any technical issues.
• Perform QA for the finished product, order packaging, and fulfillment on daily basis.

What You Need To Have

• Minimum 1 year work experience in the printing/production industry, preferably with UV printing/engraving machines, or similar equipment.
• Certificate / Diploma in Graphic Design or Multimedia, or related majors
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop
• Highly organized individual with excellent time management skills
• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting printing machinery
• Problem-solving and self-starter mindset
• Preferred but not required: Basic Mandarin proficiency (to communicate with China suppliers)

• Manage and master user of ERP systems, set control, operation set-up, users training and plan implementation to live running.

• Create production schedule and prioritize job-orders for production optimization; manage manufacturing schedules.
• Follow up with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedules and expectations.
• Perform data analysis and support decision making related to raw material supply and finished goods demand.
• Analyze and prepare documents needed for production; complete status reports on production progress.
• Interact daily with shop floor management to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies.
• Manage the planning team, ensuring proper and fair job allocation based on individual abilities and skills.
• Set targets and cascade them down to team members; apply two-way management and support team members to achieve these targets.

Position Requirements

• Degree qualified or equivalent in a business-related subject.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Good communication and strong organizational skills; people-oriented.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Experience working with and understanding ERP systems is essential.
• Familiarity with License Manufacturing Warehouse and Sales Tax is preferred.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Support Specialist to manage and follow up on incident tickets raised in our production environment. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all incidents are tracked, escalated as needed, and resolved in a timely manner, while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of coordination for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming production incident tickets across applications.
• Use monitoring tools and system alerts to proactively identify issues.
• Ensure all tickets are updated with the latest information and followed up regularly until resolution.
• Coordinate with teams (e.g., development, DevOps, QA) to facilitate root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Escalate critical or high-severity incidents appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incident status, actions taken, and closure notes.
• Verify issue resolution with users or stakeholders before ticket closure.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards on ticket trends, open/closed status, and SLA compliance.
• Participate in incident review meetings and post-incident analysis discussions.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to reduce incident recurrence.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a level 2 production support or application support role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with customer-focused mindset
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure components.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on following through and closing tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in ITIL-based environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, CloudWatch) is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
