Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 certification requirements, and the company’s SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies and Life Saving Rules (LSR).
Contribute to DLMI’s SHE KPIs, such as achieving zero accidents and promoting energy and water savings.
Create a safe working environment by implementing machine safety guidelines and safe operating procedures.
Investigate plant incidents and report them to the SHE department.
Implement standards in accordance with FOQUS, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, Halal, HACCP, and the DLMI Quality System.
Train staff and promote adherence to the Golden Quality Rules (GQR); encourage reporting quality deviations and improvement ideas.
Report deviations from the quality plan, CCP, OPRP, and QCP, and take corrective actions, including decisions on finished products' status.
Maintain a master list of in-process equipment for verification, calibration, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality deviations and respond to non-conformities (NC) promptly.
Participate in investigations of product complaints related to quality issues.
Report deviations involving raw materials (RM) or packaging materials (PM) to QA/QC via complaint memos.
Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards throughout the plant.
Update all quality documentation as needed.
Maintain audit readiness at all times.

- Develop & optimize process parameters to meet yield & quality standards.
