  5. Memberikan panduan dan sokongan kepada juruteknik junior dalam mencapai matlamat IE MMO.
  6. Melaksanakan pemeriksaan berkala seperti suku tahunan, setengah tahunan, dan tahunan, serta pengeluaran alat ganti dan komponen melalui SAP MM.

Your Profile

  1. Diploma dalam Kejuruteraan Elektrik, Elektronik, Mekatronik atau setaraf.
  2. Minimum 8 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang berkaitan dari industri pembuatan semikonduktor.
  3. Pengalaman dalam sokongan barisan, penyelenggaraan peralatan, dan penukaran mesin (tester dan handler).
  4. Sanggup bekerja dalam syif bergilir 12 jam (Siang/Malam).

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in EOL Trim and Form process
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Description

The Test Equipment Technician performs software, electrical, or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the Test Process.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for sustaining test equipment with minimal downtime.
  2. Provides manufacturing and equipment support needs in a rapidly changing development and high-volume manufacturing environment.
  3. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to schematics, repair manuals, or specifications.
  4. Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting diagnosis on production equipment.
  5. Resolves non-standard problems, works with minimal supervision, and can adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
  6. Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
  7. Works with engineering to support new equipment installations and improvement initiatives.
  8. Responsible for improving and sustaining equipment capability and meeting KPIs (Availability, OEE, and Yield).
  9. Assists engineers during DOE and improvement projects.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Preferred:

  • One to two years’ experience in Tester Maintenance, Automation, or related field.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Linux and Windows OS on testers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PC software/hardware issues.
  • Skilled in using schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and test equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • High attention to detail with a methodical troubleshooting approach.
  • Ability to write and recommend maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with peers, engineering, and management.

Skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with PC-based Test Equipment.
  • Knowledge of machine control systems such as PLCs, sensors, relays, and pneumatics.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office and related applications.
