- Membantu jurutera dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan projek berkaitan peralatan di kawasan kecekapan keseluruhan (OEE).
- Melaksanakan aktiviti keselamatan autonomi, kebersihan, pelinciran, pengukuran ketat, pemeriksaan, dan mematuhi jadual penyelenggaraan bulanan termasuk penentukuran dan penggantian.
- Melakukan penyelenggaraan dan penyelesaian masalah penggera secara rutin, termasuk penukaran lembut dan penentukuran mesin.
- Memberikan panduan dan sokongan kepada juruteknik junior dalam mencapai matlamat IE MMO.
- Melaksanakan pemeriksaan berkala seperti suku tahunan, setengah tahunan, dan tahunan, serta pengeluaran alat ganti dan komponen melalui SAP MM.
- Berupaya menjalankan penyelenggaraan pencegahan ke atas semua mesin untuk memenuhi KPI yang ditetapkan.
