Drive operational excellence by leading Coaches and teams to achieve SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity) targets, ensuring alignment with FLIGHT DECK principles such as Standard Work, Flow, 5S, and Kaizen.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of safety by identifying and eliminating hazards, ensuring adherence to safety practices, and promoting proactive risk management across all production activities.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality services by monitoring compliance with airworthiness standards, addressing quality issues, and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions resulting from audits and compliance monitoring programs.
Strategically manage resources, including tools, equipment, and facilities, to ensure their efficient utilization, proper maintenance, and readiness to support production needs.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging lean methodologies and FLIGHT DECK tools to enhance operational performance and achieve long-term business goals.

Candidate will have strong operations background managing high volume shift operations and possessing deep knowledge in process engineering. Ideal candidate should have technical degree with at least 5 years experience and demonstrated background in working with multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in any discipline and more than 5 years of aviation experience.
Strong understanding of MRO activities and shop processes (added advantage).
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to execute effectively.
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
Ability to summarize data and clearly communicate issues and actions needed.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities The primary objective of Production Operation specialization within Production & Assembly Job Family is to mold, assemble and test components, devices and products ensuring compliance to GMP Quality and OH&S standards.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that the Production schedules and KPI’s are achieved to meet customer requirements.
Assists in setting up work stations and follows written or verbal process specifications in completing all assignments.
Focuses on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve organizational mission. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources.
Interacts daily with subordinates and other functional groups.
Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules.
A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit.
Generally supervises semi-skilled employees (e.g., assemblers, operators, clerical).

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Requires full knowledge of own area of responsibility and applicable practices and procedures.
Analyzes data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Job Descriptions
Facilititate Training Programs by conduct training session and workshop to deliver any training content that related to Production module. Assist leader to design training program by develop training materials and programs that address the production requirement. Assist leader to evaluate training effectiveness by assess the impact of training programs through feedback, tests and performance metrics. Conduct and manage new join programme before distribute to Production. Train and develop Operators and Operation Leaders to achieve higher level of production efficiency, company rules and regulation, ISO, RBA and etc. Conduct interview session for employee Conduct the abnormalities findings in Gemba To carry out any other duties as and when directed.

Summary Of Job
Responsible for the performance of production / manufacturing sector assigned through hierarchical animation of teams. Aligns resources with needs within short- & medium-term horizon, elaborates training plans where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, leads short interval management at sector level, formulates / escalates issues where necessary. Strong contributor to continuous improvement.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses. Accountable for any accidents/incidents at the designated sector of responsibility. (Safety First Mindset and Action) Enforce compliance with quality and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level (Customer First, Quality Mindset and Action) Involve in weekly production planning activities and ensure daily production targets are met optimizing operations. Tracking progress, analyzing production records, and reporting on performance and progress to management. Identifying and addressing production issues to minimize delays and disruptions. Ensure achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost, quality, lead time Participate at the load / resource balance with the Production Manager Lead the Daily Short meetings with the team in the designated sector Spends the time on leadership role and supporting the value addition work in the shopfloor. Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined Contribute to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports Maintaining effective communication within the production team and collaborating with other department
Job Requirements
EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / bachelor’s degree in engineering/Industrial or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED:
3- 5 years relevant experience – Manufacturing Production manages or assists with managing various production activities
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS —REQUIRED:
Strong Safety, Customer First and Quality Mindset strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities A thorough understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment, and quality control standard Influencing & Convincing Skills Manufacturing Operational Performance The ability to quickly identify and address production issues Data Analysis skills.
