Job Description:
Support production coordination with print suppliers to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
Act as a liaison between internal departments and suppliers for artwork processing and approvals.
Assist in the launch of new and seasonal products (e.g., CNY and Raya money packets) by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure orders are processed and delivered on time by maintaining effective communication with suppliers.
Monitor stock levels, maintain adequate inventory in the warehouse, and initiate re-orders as needed.
Handle customer complaints and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
Prepare internal quotes for custom orders and coordinate with sales and production teams.
Assess customer-specific requirements and request quotations from suitable suppliers.
Calculate and record supplier order pricing to ensure accurate cost tracking.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Printing Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in production coordination, supply chain, or a similar role in the printing or e-commerce industry, however fresh graduates are encourage to apply!

1. Rough Cut Editing & Storyline Structuring
- Assemble rough cuts from raw footage provided by the Footage Manager.

- Align storyline with script, creative brief, and intended audience.
- Ensure logical flow, pacing, and consistency across episodes or content series.
- Mark gaps, highlight weak spots, and propose solutions to improve storytelling.
2. Coordination & Review
- Work closely with the video editors and motion graphics team to guide editing direction.
- Share rough cuts with internal stakeholders for review and compile structured feedback.
- Track versioning and ensure timely revisions based on feedback.

3. Timeline & Workflow Management

Join us as an Operations Coordinator to:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders during daily operations.
- Handle customer orders, documentation, and transport bookings with carriers, following specified routing and service levels.
- Monitor transport execution to ensure compliance with standards and instructions.
Request and Incident Management:
- Manage customer requests and supply chain incidents/disruptions.
- Inform supervisors and stakeholders of issues promptly.
Visibility and Event Management:
- Ensure timely and accurate tracking updates from suppliers and carriers.
- Follow up on missing events and investigate data inconsistencies.
Support Reporting and Performance Measurement:
- Assist in preparing reports and reviews.
- Analyze KPIs and suggest improvements.
- Support onboarding of new suppliers for order and SOP compliance.
Process Governance:
- Adhere to SOPs, work instructions, and procedures.
- Support process or policy changes as directed.
