+ Drive operational excellence by leading Coaches and teams to achieve SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity) targets, ensuring alignment with FLIGHT DECK principles such as Standard Work, Flow, 5S, and Kaizen.
+ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
+ Foster a culture of safety by identifying and eliminating hazards, ensuring adherence to safety practices, and promoting proactive risk management across all production activities.
+ Ensure the delivery of high-quality services by monitoring compliance with airworthiness standards, addressing quality issues, and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions resulting from audits and compliance monitoring programs.
+ Strategically manage resources, including tools, equipment, and facilities, to ensure their efficient utilization, proper maintenance, and readiness to support production needs.
+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging lean methodologies and FLIGHT DECK tools to enhance operational performance and achieve long-term business goals.
+ Build and develop high-performing teams by monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring employees receive technical training aligned with company and regulatory standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges, summarize data, and communicate actionable insights to drive decision-making and achieve operational targets.
+ Promote GE Values and integrity through exemplary leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with organizational goals and priorities.
+ Act as a strategic partner to the Operations Manager by providing insights on production trends, resource planning, and opportunities for process optimization to support broader business objectives.
**The Ideal Candidate:**
+ Candidate will have strong operations background managing high volume shift operations and possessing deep knowledge in process engineering. Ideal candidate should have technical degree with at least 5 years experience and demonstrated background in working with multiple stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Degree in any discipline and more than 5 years of aviation experience.
+ Strong understanding of MRO activities and shop processes (added advantage).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to execute effectively.
+ Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
+ Ability to summarize data and clearly communicate issues and actions needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Acting as Subject Matter Experts (SME) supporting production planning SAP/MES System/Auto Scheduling & Dispatching system such as troubleshooting and enhancement.
+ Leading production planning virtual factory improvement projects initiated by SDSM/SDSS plant.

+ To take lead in auto scheduling & dispatching logic design, implementation and business flow definition.
+ Collaborate with automation team on setting automation improvement project priorities.
+ Proactively analyze data to determine opportunities to improve automation KPI.
+ Supports automation manager to meet plant automation timeline and KPI.
+ Supports digital twin simulation to improve the ARV efficiency and utilization.
+ Provide training and technical support to production planning team in system or process related issues.
+ Any other tasks that assigned by supervisor from time to time.
**Qualifications**
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/ Management / Science/ Industrial Engineer/Mathematics/ Others.
+ 5 or more years of related experience in Master Scheduling or Production Planning.
+ Experiences in supply chain and order management are additional advantages especially in production control & scheduling.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED:
+ Preferably with hands-on experience in SAP module in PP (Production Planning) and MES system.
+ Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Responsible for NPI production planning and fulfillment, including the required changes to loading plans up to managing daily NPI shipments in a timely fashion.
+ Work closely with assigned Technical Program Managers (TPM) to ensure readiness is done prior to WO creation/ Release.
+ Manages Non-standard requirements prior to NPI loadings to minimize impact to line.
+ Daily monitoring of WIP performance to ensure WO close on timely manner to meet shipment needs.
+ Daily clearance/ update of past due work order to ensure overall MRP is driven correctly.
+ Timely release of DN based on Shipment Matrix from TPM.
+ Working with and drive cross functional teams to accomplish KPI targets e.g. build plan execution, OTD, inventory management, cycle time performance and MLT.
+ Responsible to work with cross functional teams on ECO/ Quality/ Rework excursions.
+ Responsible for daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting for KPI areas.
+ Initiate & Drive improved Busiess or system process(es) to close gaps for continuous improvements.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ BS/ BA degree or equivalent with 1 or more years of related experience.
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with good command of English
+ Experience of SAP, I2, Oracle and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is an added advantage

2. Plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the work order to ensure shipments to customer are meet
