Job Description

In this role, you will:

1. Handle the receiving, verification, and creation of customer orders in REALIS; provide lab logistics expertise to meet targets and sustain processes.
2. Perform Incoming Quality Control checks on BQP (flow & stress conditions), verify completeness and accuracy, and confirm requirements with clients.
3. Confirm resource and machine capacity availability for projects within requested timeframes and allocate capacity accordingly.
4. Coordinate with clients on project prioritization, sample delivery confirmation, and early warnings for changes or on-hold lots.
5. Receive and create REALIS projects based on BQP and QC checks, adhering to the '4 eyes principle'.
6. Set milestones, promise delivery of reliability results, and conduct online customer surveys.
7. Ensure performance and output of lab logistics within the lab.
8. Drive continuous improvements in reliability processes, stress methodologies, tools, and interface processes.
9. Maintain strong cooperation with internal customers, execution, and engineering staff, with prompt escalation of deviations.

Your Profile

You are suitable for this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, or equivalent) or Applied Science.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor reliability test equipment and processes (preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, good communication skills, and a proactive team-oriented attitude.

In your new role you will:

• Develop and design stress/substrate/driver/adaptor boards, stencils, and related hardware and software solutions based on product requirements and various stress systems.
• Design and adapt boards according to new requirements derived from technology roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment with design standards and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Perform complex stress test setups as required by application.
• Verify and buy off hardware/software solutions, ensuring timely release.
