Director, Product Management (Direct to Scheme)
Overview
The Director for Direct to Scheme, will be responsible for establishing direct connections with payment schemes in East Asia in line with the Mastercard Move XBS network strategy and will be part of the global network partnership team that expands and manages the Mastercard cross border services (MA XBS) payment network.
The Role:
- Oversee and lead East Asia MA XBS direct to scheme expansions as described in the XBS network strategy.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in sales or marketing. Business development in Point of Sales (POS) product and IP Surveillance will be advantage Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
