Cashku is growing rapidly and we are looking to add a Product Management Associate to our team, amongst other roles.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Management Associate with 1-3 years experience and a strong interest in financial technology, product design, and data-driven projects. This role offers hands-on experience supporting development, product, and business teams in financial data collection, product research, and project management. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial technology products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management: Ensure smooth collaboration between tech, business, compliance, and external partners.Assist in preparing reports & research.
- Work closely with the Tech Team: lead & work with Tech stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Product Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals.
- Technology & Automation Support: Implement automation tools, APIs, and frameworks to improve product efficiency.
- Customer Discovery & Market Positioning: Conduct research to understand customer needs and enhance product-market fit.
- Product Development & Enhancement: Transform ideas into actionable product features while ensuring regulatory compliance.Also assist with testing documentation.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in defining and tracking key product metrics to measure success and iterate improvements.
- Web Scraping & Data Collection: Assist in building and optimizing web scraping tools to collect financial data.
- Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development
- Experience: 1-3 years as a Product Owner, Developer, UI/UX Designer, Project Manager in Tech, or similar role within product management.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong background in technology with an understanding of coding concepts , combined with proven experience in product and project management to effectively lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Agile & Software Development: Familiarity with agile frameworks, programming languages, and software operational writing
- Product & UI/UX Awareness: Interest in UI/UX principles and working with design teams for financial applications.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Strong analytical skills with an ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience in managing and mobilizing cross-functional teams and driving results.
- Strong Communication & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate findings persuasively.
- Most importantly!: Project management skills are 100% non-negotiable – we're looking for someone with a track record in managing projects & catering to different stakeholders.
- Finance & FinTech Knowledge: Interest in financial markets, investment products, or financial services technology. Prior experience in a Fintech startup is an extra bonus.
- Familiarity with financial APIs, cloud services, and financial data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.) .
- Basic experience with scripting, automation, or API integrations for financial applications.
- Interest in data analytics, investment platforms, and ethical considerations in financial data processing.
- Industry Exposure & Learning: Work with a highly experienced team, including a co-founder with >10 years of experience in the asset management space, and gain broad exposure to industry events and academic materials for continuous learning.

Job Summary

Advertising & Promotion
- To monitor and obtain the most reasonable rates paid to advertising media owners from the various media formats for e.g. electronic / print / radio / outdoor
- To establish close business liaison and promote goodwill / public relation with media owners
- Formulate and monitor the implementation of advertising and promotion strategies and its effectiveness in meeting preset objectives
- To play a strategic role in ensuring range and product selection meets market trends and requirements
- To monitor the brands proactive approach towards consumer tastes and preferences at the local level
- To ensure inventory levels are managed within contractual agreements
- To ensure trade returns are managed within contractual agreements
- To conduct financial feasibility study of promotion activities to ensure in line with profit objectives
- To provide listing standards for the distribution channels taking into account product relevance, sales potential, entry cost (listing), market return risks, etc.
- To lead in new product launches. This shall encompass developing the product launch plan, setting timetable, determining retail price level (benchmarked to product strategy, margin strategy, competitor and market tolerance level), roll-out timing, sample preparation (where applicable), POSM support requirements, display standards, etc., to be executed by the sales and finance teams
- To fully utilize the Regionally Aligned Brand Planning templates for all clients
- To ensure all marketing activities are within allocated A&P budget determined for relevant agencies
- To ensure pre-financing of marketing activities on behalf of client are recovered within agreed terms
- To liaise closely with clients to secure full or partial activities funding for ad-hoc activities
- To work closely with Sales team on retailer trading terms negotiation to ensure trade investments and expected sales returns in line with delivering department profit objectives
- Preferably potential candidate/s specializing in Healthcare - pharmaceuticals.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products/ strong client management and communication skills.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods.

About The Role
You will be responsible and accountable for one or more TECH product solutions that support and influence business objectives for stakeholders within AIA. This role requires you to manage the product lifecycle and delivery, while effectively communicating and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups—including internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and senior business leadership.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Product Management
- Own and drive the success of IT product(s) that support business strategy, including planning and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with overall business objectives. Focus on delivering high-quality, innovative features and enhancements.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams—including IT, business units, and third-party vendors—throughout the entire product delivery lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals. Lead project management efforts when required.
- Engage and influence business stakeholders to prioritize product demands in alignment with software engineering teams.
- Oversee end-to-end system implementation and execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Develop detailed product specifications (e.g., UI/UX designs, functional specification documents) in collaboration with internal and external IT stakeholders to guide and prioritize delivery efforts.
- Lead end-to-end testing activities, including user coordination, feedback management, and functional validation.
- Support the development of business cases related to your product scope, with an understanding of the financial impact of proposed initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of product launches, including conducting post-launch reviews and performance tracking.
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage, optimize, and prioritize business demands in alignment with value generation and available resource capacity, working closely with heads of business units.
- Build, negotiate, and influence strong relationships with senior leadership and managers across divisions to ensure delivery of credible and consistent solution services.
- Manage and influence relationships with vendors, business partners, and Group IT to enable flexible and effective delivery outcomes.
- Strategic Planning

About The Role
As a Digital Product Consultant, you will take end-to-end ownership of digital products, applications, and platforms within a designated business channel at AIA. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and complex environment.
You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all levels of the organization. Your responsibilities will include defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and driving the successful delivery of digital initiatives that align with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan out digital product roadmaps aligned with the overall business strategy, aiming to deliver high-quality, innovative products, features, and enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive product specifications that reflect business requirements and UI/UX best practices, in close collaboration with IT, to effectively guide and prioritize development efforts—whether handled internally or by third-party vendors.
- Oversee end-to-end testing, including user management, feedback collection, and delivery coordination, while also conducting thorough functionality testing to ensure product quality.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital products, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with channel strategy. Take ownership of project management responsibilities when necessary to keep initiatives on track.
- Support the development of business cases related to your product scope, with a clear understanding of the financial implications and potential ROI of proposed initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of product tests and launches, conducting post-launch evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Communicate product updates and developments to cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment across business users and end-users. Coordinate with Helpdesk and Planning teams to ensure effective communication and readiness for product-related inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital technology, including 3–5 years of hands-on experience in web, application, or technical product management—ideally within the insurance, design, user experience, or computing domains.
- Strong grasp of digital innovation, with the ability to translate vision and ideas into practical solutions within existing constraints. Must be comfortable working hands-on in technical environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of the product management lifecycle, as well as best practices in web and application development.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with various development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and a working knowledge of standard software development practices.

Job Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of the digital experience for Astro core businesses – supporting the company’s overall goal and strategy
- Drive the product development lifecycle and prioritization in releasing high quality and high impact products, features and enhancements for the web / app product
- Drive alignment across business teams to create the end-to-end digital journey that fits the customers’ needs
- Requirement gatherings from stakeholders and / or business partners and translate them into detailed product specifications required for design and development
- Define user stories and prioritisation of the backlog and collaborate closely with product design, QA, and engineering teams to drive solutions in ensuring product deliverables and timelines are met
- Propose relevant customer-centric enhancements to existing products
- Track and measure the success metrics of the product launches, enhancements, and campaigns
Who you are:
- Min 2 years of experience in managing software products and projects
- Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent practical experience

- Outspoken with good communication skills to verbalize concepts and requirements well
- Understand traffic / data and able to provide insights for continuous improvements

Job Description
The Associate Product Manager will work within the Shopee Marketplace Product team, contributing to the management and delivery of product features that address users’ pain points, drive growth, and improve user experience for Shopee's marketplace. As part of this team, you'll be working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities for growth and success. You'll have the opportunity to take on challenging and impactful projects, from ideation to launch, and to be exposed to various domain knowledge. Your responsibilities will include managing the product lifecycle - from ideation/problem identification to requirement analysis, solution design, coordinating with internal stakeholders for the solution build, conducting testing, and working with a cross-functional team for the features launch.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionality based on business goals and users’ needs
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on product features and designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and design product features for Shopee's online marketplace that address users’ pain points
- Conduct User Acceptance Tests for all feature releases and provide sign-off on time.
