As a Standard Chartered Product Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for offering comprehensive bancassurance advice tailored to client needs supporting the Affluent Distribution, Business Banking, and Personal Banking in driving insurance sales. You'll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements

Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Selling a variety of Bancassurance life insurance products to existing and potential bank customers.
- Offering personalized financial advice based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Insurance Service Providers (ISP) to ensure seamless execution of sales and services activities.
- Planning and executing bancassurance sales activities.
- Developing a strong understanding of bancassurance products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and other key metrics as outlined in the scorecard.
- Assist in handling client inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance products.
- Adhere to Wealth Solution policies and procedures governing insurance transactions.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all sales transactions in compliance with internal guideline and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum banking sales experience of 2 years with a proven track record of results.
- Knowledge and sales experience in Life Insurance are essential. Experience in other wealth products is an added advantage.
- Possess PCE/ CEILLI/ TBE/ FIMM licenses before officially starting the role
- Strong sales drive.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all parties.
- Collaborative team player with a strong performance orientation and willingness to travel.

Your roles include customer consultation, supporting key dealer accounts, developing new customers, expanding business, and managing key accounts. This is ideal for a highly organized team player who values ownership and leadership aspirations.

- Expected travel rate of up to 70% within Malaysia and Singapore.
- International travel may be required, including factory visits and regional meetings and trainings.
- Execute sales development plans by promoting and selling Atlas Copco portable air compressors and construction handheld tools in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Provide technical and application support to customers and dealers, answering queries and demonstrating solutions.
- Monitor market trends, collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams, and develop dealer and customer relationships.
- Handle and close large business opportunities and key accounts.
- Support important dealer accounts and identify high-potential end-users.

Provide technical and application support to customers and dealers, answering queries and demonstrating solutions. Monitor market trends, collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams, and develop dealer and customer relationships. Handle and close large business opportunities and key accounts. Support important dealer accounts and identify high-potential end-users. We Seek Your Expertise In
Proposing, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with dealers and customers at various management levels. Engaging potential customers and understanding their needs. Providing insights and tailored solutions to support customer requirements. Managing the customer sales experience and providing product training. Supporting dealer visits and handling large opportunities with technical support. Experience Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in promoting and selling construction or industrial equipment, preferably portable air compressors. Experience working with customers in construction, mining, utility, oil & gas, or similar sectors. Technical proficiency with IT tools such as Microsoft Teams, SAP C4C CRM, and Power BI. Skills and Knowledge

**Job Description**
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute business plan to achieve orders, sales, margin and share targets for MRI for assigned Zone.
+ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to clinical, technical, and financial stakeholders
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, radiology technologists, biomedical engineers, purchase managers and C-level executives
+ Collaborate with marketing team to support product promotions, trade shows and local events
+ Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including equipment configurations, technical consultations and site evaluations
+ Stay informed about MRI market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements
+ Develops and manages regional collaboration and reference sites. Owns the relationship with KOL in the Region
+ Drives share growth through smart product positioning, pricing, training, pilot site support, adopting to market needs
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to align productivity initiatives and business objectives
+ Advise on MR tender technical specs by consulting hospital Medical Physicist, Radiologist / Radiographer, BME etc.
+ Own and drive required regulatory approvals working closely with RA for the zone
**Additional Responsibilities**
+ Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Research-Commercial policies, Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies
+ Excellent Communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
+ High level presentation skills: able to present ideas to an audience in a way that produces understanding and impact
**Required Qualifications**
+ Degree or Diploma in Radiography, Engineering or equivalent.
+ 5+ years' experience in Med tech industry, MRI clinical / sales specialists or hospital environment.
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical and process skills
+ Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams, across levels
+ Willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
+ Experience interacting with customers, marketing/product management groups, and other industry experts
