We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Fire Safety Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and compliance of all fire protection and life safety systems across our projects. Your expertise will ensure our facilities, particularly data centers, meet the highest standards of safety, protect critical assets, and comply with all local and international fire codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design & Review: Develop, review, and approve fire protection system designs, including fire alarm and detection systems, wet/dry sprinkler systems, gaseous suppression systems (e.g., FM-200, Novec 1230), pre-action systems, and smoke control/management systems.
- Compliance & Authority Liaison: Ensure all fire safety designs and installations fully comply with local Bomba regulations, the Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL), and international standards (e.g., NFPA). Lead all interactions and submissions to the relevant authorities for approval.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough fire risk assessments and hazard analyses for facilities, with a focus on the unique challenges presented by data centers and high-risk environments.
- Project Management: Manage the fire protection package from conception to completion, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplines (MEP, CSA).
- Technical Specification: Prepare technical specifications, tender documents, and evaluation criteria for fire safety systems and equipment procurement.
- Site Supervision & Commissioning: Provide oversight during installation, conduct site inspections, and witness testing and commissioning of all fire safety systems to ensure performance aligns with design intent.
- Documentation & Training: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings, calculation reports, and certification files. Conduct training for facility operations teams on system operation and emergency procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve any issues or faults related to fire protection systems.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in fire safety engineering, specifically within the construction or mission-critical facilities sector.
- Plus: Professional certification from the Bomba Fire Safety Division and a valid Jurutera Perunding Keselamatan Kebakaran (JPKK) license is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of: - Malaysian fire codes: UBBL, Bomba requirements .
- International fire codes: NFPA standards (e.g., NFPA 72, 75, 76, 2001) .

Sustaining Staff Product Engineers ensures product continuity after mass production by manage products lifecycle, resolving production/ customer issues, and improving COGS. We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our team with a primary focus on sustaining engineering activities. This role is critical in ensuring the long-term quality, reliability, and manufacturability of our power IC products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including design, test, manufacturing, and quality-to support mature products in high-volume production, drive yield improvement, resolve customer issues, and extend product lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Sustain multiple products lifecycle, production and compliance. Oversees high volume PCP Products mass production manufacturing across all internal factory and subcons
+ Sustaining Product COGS improvement and process optimization such as Yield/Volume/Test Time/failure improvements. Improve Test process and prevent potential quality excursions.
+ Manage and mitigate risk in PCRB (Process Change Review Board) to keep delivery by supporting product qualifications, second-source/material changes, and process migrations/improvements.
+ Disposition of abnormal lots, low yielding lots or production issues
+ Cross function interface with Operation, QA, Reliability, Factory and OSAT
+ Monitor and resolve manufacturing and test issues, working closely with fab, assembly, and test sites.
+ Analyze product performance, failure modes, and reliability to support customer returns (RMA/FA).
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree Engineering in Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Computer or related fields with at least have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Engineering.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
+ Proficient in Data manipulation and analysis skill. Familiar with JMP, PDF Exenso is a plus.
+ Product Management skill. Strong sense of Cost, ROI and efficiency
+ Familiar with Integrated Circuit semiconductor process
+ Highly self-motivated, adaptable and good time management skill
+ Having Product Test Knowledge is a plus.
+ Having knowledge of Products, IC, modules such as Driver, Power Stage is a plus.
+ Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

At Texas Instruments (TI), as a Manufacturing Product Engineer, you will interface with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to solve product issues and production problems, as well as developing process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields. **Responsibilities include:**
+ Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe. This includes low yield analysis and disposition, and setup failure debug/analysis and resolution (both hardware and software)
+ Provide detailed analytical study on above issues, and liaise with business units' product engineering team for improvement (test program, hardware, setup, etc.)
+ Engage in productivity improvement projects, including yield improvement, test time reduction, test insertion removal, legacy tester conversion, etc
+ Support new product release from development site. Perform vigorous buyoff for new test systems (program/hardware) per manufacturing requirements
+ Lead and support introduction of new tool/equipment/test processes to manufacturing from new product releases, leading the entire qualification and change management approval
