Work closely with executive leadership, operations, sales, and events teams to ensure unified brand direction.
Plan and execute seasonal and brand-led activations that enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership with insights and recommendations.
2. Campaigns & Advertising
Conceptualize and launch targeted marketing campaigns.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and high ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and report on key KPIs.
3. Digital Marketing
Lead digital strategy: SEO/SEM, email campaigns, paid media, and performance analytics.
Manage a robust social media calendar (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage target audiences and drive traffic.
Ensure prompt engagement on review platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, etc.) and manage online reputation.
Oversee content creation to ensure messaging consistency across all platforms.
4. Influencer & Media Relations
Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, media outlets, and journalists to amplify brand reach.
Organize media visits, influencer partnerships, and press release distributions for maximum exposure.
5. Events & Onsite Promotions
Collaborating events teams to promote tournaments, live shows, and themed promotions.
Qualifications:
-A creative thinker with fresh ideas and the willingness to try, test, and learn.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus—but not a deal-breaker if you bring the right mindset and creative flair.
-2–5 years of experience in brand and/or digital marketing
-Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics) is helpful—but you don’t need to be an expert—we’ll train the right person.
-Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
-A passion for creating standout marketing that moves the needle and connects with people.
-Coachable, proactive, and open to feedback—we’re big on mentorship and growth.
- Must have a valid PASSPORT ready.
- Able to work in Shifting Schedule and Public Holidays.
- Experience in Gaming Industry.
- Knowledge in App Store, Play Store, Facebook Ads, YouTube - Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads, etc.
- Language : ENGLISH (Fluent).
