Job Description:
Product Design:
- Conceptualize, design, and iterate on product concepts and prototypes.
- Create detailed design specifications, wireframes, and mockups for new products or product enhancements.
- Develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing product interfaces while focusing on user experience and usability.
User Research & Testing:
- Conduct user research to gather insights, understand user needs, and identify pain points.
- Organize and run usability tests, surveys, and focus groups to gather feedback on design concepts.
- Analyze test results and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and others.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and product planning discussions.
Prototyping:
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate product design concepts and workflows.
- Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback to create high-fidelity prototypes.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, to keep designs modern and competitive.
- Benchmark designs against competitors and conduct market analysis to identify design opportunities.
Product Development Support:
- Support the product development cycle by providing design inputs and feedback during the prototyping, testing, and finalization phases.
- Help identify and solve design challenges that arise throughout the product development process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design related field.
- Proven experience in product design or industrial design , with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch , Adobe XD , Figma , InVision , or similar.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, including UX/UI, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience with prototyping and user testing tools.

Job Description
- Create and develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings of switchboard metal parts, components, and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks. Ensure designs meet functional requirements, safety standards, and aesthetic considerations, with a strong focus on sheet metal fabrication.
- Begin 3D design upon receipt of proceed work for switchboard projects, translating project specifications into accurate and manufacturable designs, considering sheet metal properties and fabrication constraints.
- Work closely with the fabrication team to ensure designs are feasible, address any production concerns, and ensure on-time delivery of switchboard assemblies.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) for each switchboard project, detailing component specifications and quantities required for production.
- Identify, document, and address design flaws or issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions to enhance design quality and performance, particularly in relation to sheet metal components.
- Create prototypes and mock-ups of switchboard components to test and validate design concepts, working with the fabrication team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to sheet metal.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and technical requirements specific to switchboard manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize switchboard design, improve manufacturing efficiency, and reduce material waste, with a focus on sheet metal processes.
- Maintain organized documentation of design files, revisions, test results, and project progress. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate design concepts and status to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on advancements in design software, switchboard technologies, and sheet metal manufacturing techniques to ensure designs are innovative and production-efficient.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by management to support switchboard manufacturing and project goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on switchboard or sheet metal component manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks for 3D design.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal design requirements, including fabrication processes and material properties.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications, with strong attention to detail in design and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve design-related issues effectively.

As an Industrial Product Designer here, you'll be the creative force behind our physical goods, transforming concepts into stunning, functional havens that embody our brand's unique style. Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Execute brand aesthetics and values into innovative physical product concepts for for campervan accessories
- Prepare clear and well-documented product specification sheets, ensuring all design elements, materials, and dimensions are precisely captured
- Develop clear and comprehensive visual product mockups, detailed design renders, and layout directions that articulate material, form, and branding
- Manage development timelines and maintain detailed product trackers, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Communicate directly with Chinese factories via WeChat/email to request quotes, clarify specs, and follow up on sampling. This requires working a schedule that overlaps with China business hours
- Handle supplier-side price negotiation (when sourcing agents are not used)
- Work closely with our sourcing agents to align on timelines, costs, and revisions
- Understand how to simplify English and technical descriptions for overseas suppliers
- Lead packaging concept development (boxes, tags, printed pouches, labels, instructions)
- Prepare specifications for size, materials, printing placement, and branding alignment
- Collaborate with sourcing and branding team for marketing and QC

Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer, you will help create the future of Reap’s platform. You’ll own the entire design process, from turning fuzzy ideas into rapid prototypes, to refining final layouts with product and engineering. Along the way, you’ll influence how our team collaborates, mentor junior designers, and help shape our design culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design efforts—from early discovery and user research to rapid prototyping and final UI.
- Drive innovation through GV design sprints, workshops, and close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Craft intuitive experiences that make the complex feel simple, informed by user insights, analytics, and your own design instincts.
- Contribute to a scalable design system that empowers our product teams to move fast without sacrificing quality or consistency.
- Mentor and support junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping shape a vibrant, collaborative design community.
- Champion usability and accessibility, ensuring every user, regardless of background or device, can seamlessly engage with our products.
- Continuously refine how we work—embracing new tools, techniques, and processes to elevate our craft and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, reflected in a strong portfolio that showcases your user-centric mindset and refined sense of aesthetics.
- Experience with—or excitement about—Web3, fintech, or blockchain technologies, sharing our ambition to reshape the future of global finance.
