Job Description
Responsible for developing and executing the global strategic direction for assigned customer accounts. Serves as the primary contact for pricing, new product development, technology initiatives, and performance programs related to delivery and quality. Additionally, provides engineering support for high-power projects.

What You Will Do
- Support NPDs, MODs, standard options, and legacy product maintenance
- Manage and deliver assigned engineering projects successfully
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-aligned solutions
- Coordinate multiple projects with Engineering, Manufacturing, AQP, Tooling, and Reliability
- Lead technical efforts to meet design and production requirements
- Create and maintain models, drawings, specs, DVP&Rs, and test documentation
- Develop expertise in assigned product families (e.g. PSD, PDD, PK, PS, AS, TS)
- Organize and prioritize tasks independently with supervision as needed
- Align daily activities with organizational goals and the PBM framework
- Manage engineering changes through ECRs and ECNs
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Fundamental understanding of Product Design & Development principles
- Knowledge of material selection for plastic and metal components, factoring in mechanical, thermal, electrical, and environmental considerations
- Basic grasp of Electrical Engineering concepts
- Familiarity with SAP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead and contribute to virtual meetings
- Self-motivated and quick to learn, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Skilled in planning and following project timelines, including contingency planning
- Proficient in data analysis and effective problem-solving
- Ability to build strong collaboration, communicate effectively, and contribute to positive team dynamics
- Awareness of Agile and Scrum methodologies

As the Lead Product Designer at Finexus, you will own Product Design outcomes - owning quality & excellence across these teams. - Guide Product Design outcomes and set direction across teams.

- Produce visual designs that elevates the quality, consistency, and credibility of user experiences.
- Use a variety of prototyping tools and methods to create interactive and realistic prototypes with complex functionality.
- Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Art & Design / Creative Multimedia / Industrial Design / Graphic Design / Human-Centered Design or User Experience (UX) / Mechanical Engineering / Environmental Design or Sustainable Design
- Candidate must have worked with Agile frameworks before, collaborating with Product Managers, Software Engineers and stakeholders.

Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Customer Experience Transformation, Product & Design leads the strategic development and execution of customer experiences projects and initiatives across priority touchpoints for Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG). Responsibilities include collaborating with respective touchpoint leads (across the ground experience, in-flight and F&B), the CX Quality and Audit team (to integrate critical customer insights) in support of the Group’s subsidiaries of Airline, Aviation Services and Loyalty. Strong leadership is required to build a skilled team and ensure the highest standards of excellence in the customer journey.
Key Accountability
Strategic Planning and Transformation Management
- Leads and inspires the team to achieve the vision of an ideal customer journey.
- Develops strategies for a seamless customer journey and experience across priority touchpoints (Face-to-Face and Digital Channels), create supporting business cases, and implementation plans that is aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
- Oversees the overall / end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to testing and commercialization, with detailed recommendations and implementation plans.
- Stays updated on industry trends, consumer insights, competitor benchmarks, and best practices to maintain competitiveness and drive business growth.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership abilities to build high-performing teams and meet deadlines.
- Aligns products with brand and business goals by using customer insights, market trends, and technology advancements through cross-department collaboration.
- Collaborates with internal business units to ensure seamless experience project and initiatives implementation across touchpoints (Face-to-Face and Digital Channels), gaining buy-in and ensuring operational readiness through pilots, POCs, testing, implementation, and evaluations
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitors implementation timelines, tracks KPIs and performance, and adjusts strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders for a strong working culture aligned with corporate principles while enhancing productivity, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Identifies and provides training opportunities to upskill team members, ensuring they are equipped with both technical and soft skills required for success.

+ Perform Failure Analysis on the rejected BGAs

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Product Experience Designer to join our team. In this role you will be a key member of a highly agile and expert team of engineers and creatives working to build conceptual prototypes and quick-to-market test & learn pilots. You will create rich, engaging experiences to bring highly conceptual ideas to life. Role
- In this role you create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma and equivalent tools.
- Occasionally travel with a team of engineers and creatives to deliver innovation events at client sites across Asia Pacific, and occasionally internationally. (This job requires 15-20% travel. Willingness to travel is a must, and a desire to travel is a plus.)
- For each event, you'll work to understand the client and their customer, the problem to be solved, and decide on the best design approach. You'll be responsible for creating sketches, flows, wireframes, visuals, and/or hi-fidelity prototypes as needed to collaboratively design with the client and the Digital Labs team.
- When not traveling, your days will be a mix of preparing for upcoming events by researching and prepping materials, and closing completed events by making final changes to the deliverables.
- In addition to these innovation events, you will also support longer-term engagements such as detailed design iterations and prototyping for concept and user experience testing, as well as pilot and production builds.
Desired experience and skills:
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with mobile applications or within a mobile-first environment.
- A strong portfolio with compelling and intuitive interfaces showcasing mobile app designs, web designs, user flows, and UX processes.
- Experience in creating and/or using a variety of design artifacts, for example personas, journey maps, user flows, scenarios, storyboards, sketches, and wireframes.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working closely with developers and product owners and ability to help drive consensus amongst differing viewpoints.
- Ability to work quickly and independently, and to accept feedback, direction, and shifting priorities.
- Experience with design thinking or other innovation/user experience design and ideation methodologies and techniques. (Experience facilitating design exercises a plus.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of banking or financial products and services is a plus.
- Experience in both start-up and corporate environments is a plus.
