The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Senior Analyst to support the commercialization and delivery of key CA&E services and platforms-including Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalization-across Asia Pacific.
This role will work closely with Product and Services Business Leads, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to support sales enablement, go-to-market planning, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about driving customer value through scalable solutions.
Role
Sales Strategy Support
- Assist in aligning sales strategies with customer and market needs across Asia Pacific.
- Support the development of tailored product messaging for different customer segments.
Presentation & Communication
- Design visually compelling presentations and sales tools that clearly communicate product value.
- Help craft and deliver engaging narratives for internal and external audiences.
- Support client meetings and internal briefings with clear, confident speaking and storytelling.
Sales Enablement
- Contribute to the preparation of materials for client engagements, including pitches, joint value initiatives (JVIs) and RFP responses.
- Help build scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategies to broaden product reach and relevance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Management and Sales teams to support the execution of sales plays and enablement activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to produce compelling sales tools and resources.
Customer Engagement
- Work with Sales to understand customer needs and help embed them into product solutions.
- Participate in client meetings as needed to support product discussions and feedback gathering.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct research on competing solutions and market trends to inform positioning and strategy.
