As a Senior Investment Product Analyst, you will play a central role across the full product lifecycle—from ideation and diligence to pre-launch coordination—partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external fund managers. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive market and competitor research to identify product gaps and opportunities
Support ideation using internal data insights, investor feedback, and macro trends
Lead fund and fund manager due diligence in collaboration with the investment team
Manage pre-launch workstreams across marketing, tech, ops, legal, and compliance
Own timelines, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to keep product initiatives on track
Support product governance and approval processes
Design and maintain internal systems or processes that ensure ongoing product integrity
Track product performance post-launch to inform future decisions
Projects you might work onLaunching new investment products for our clients
Running a cross-team sprint to accelerate the go-to-market for a new product strategy
Benchmarking our product suite against leading platforms and recommending enhancements
Building internal systems or trackers to support ongoing investment product governance
Contribute to high-impact projects initiated by the investment product and investment teams. These may include operational support, process-building, research, or coordination work—critical components that ensure the successful execution of broader strategic goals.

We are looking for a data savvy individual with a product mindset to join us as a Product Data Analyst within the Product Management department. The Product Analyst will work closely with the Head of Product and Product Managers, as well as the Data team, to help sharpen the Product teams analytics and insight generation capabilities.
You are passionate about providing data-driven insights to help various stakeholders make sound business decisions that ultimately translate to business results. You are unafraid of getting your hands dirty to understand the business and are able to think strategically to use different tools to derive insights that drive user experience and growth.

Skills & QualificationA self-starter with good business acumen, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various levels

Well-versed in SQL and have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience using SQL

About The Job
We are looking for a data savvy individual with a product mindset to join us as a Product Data Analyst within the Product Management department. The Product Analyst will work closely with the Head of Product and Product Managers, as well as the Data team, to help sharpen the Product teams analytics and insight generation capabilities.
You are passionate about providing data-driven insights to help various stakeholders make sound business decisions that ultimately translate to business results. You are unafraid of getting your hands dirty to understand the business and are able to think strategically to use different tools to derive insights that drive user experience and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- You will be working under the guidance of the Head of Product, individual Product Managers, the Data team and other stakeholders to help provide clear product insights and produce product performance tools, trackers, and more.
- Product launches: you will support the data monitoring of beta versions and experiment definition for new products and features, working closely with PMs to communicate results and define next steps.
- Post product launches: you will help with monitoring and sharing of the performance of past product launches, and suggest potential improvements.
- You will perform occasional deep dive data analysis using advanced SQL to identify potential root causes for specific types of user problems, and help with identifying growth opportunities.
- You will own and maintain the Product analytics library (dashboards, frontend data events library) and product analytics related framework utilized by the departments
- Event naming would be pre-vetted / revised by the Product Analyst and BI team would do final checks
- DBT work (including on product related topics) will continue to be handled by BI, but open to proposals for new DBT models by the Product Analyst
- You will drive product insights sessions with the different squads to help the teams evaluate current implementations and brainstorm potential iterations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate business opportunities, data requirements, and customer problems
- Outstanding analytical skills, with a proven track record of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable insights and recommendations
- Well-versed in SQL, with hands-on experience using advanced SQL functions.
As a Product Data Analyst, you will be exposed to a variety of projects, working closely with Product Managers from different squads. Some examples of projects:
- making new dashboard for an Investment Product launch
- a funnel analysis for our onboarding flow
- data research regarding our users deposits and withdrawals behaviours.
The Product Data Analyst will be accountable for the accuracy and integrity of data insights provided to Product Managers, working with them to track KPIs, understand user behaviour, extract data insights using advanced SQL, and helping them understand how data insights can translate into tangible product development initiatives. This role reports to the Head of Product and works closely with stakeholders from the Product team, as well as all BI team and all squads (including the BI Manager, Dev leads and other developers).

- 3+ years of relevant experience in product costing, manufacturing finance, or related roles.
- Experience managing contract manufacturer relationships and processes preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar).
