This job is a Retail Assistant at a clinic, where you'll help prepare patients for treatments, manage medications, and keep everything running smoothly. You might like this job because it’s hands-on and you’ll directly support patient care!

RM 2500 - RM 3000

• Assist Practitioner in procedures, prepare items and prep patient before doing treatment session.
• Prepare prescribed medications, labeling, dispense and manage patient's payment.
• Register patients, maintain patients clinical data and arrange appointments
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic and making sure daily clinic operations run smoothly
• Account closing, update daily reports.

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma
• Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and also Mandarin
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Preferably entry level specialized in customer service or equivalent

• To handle loading and unloading with care at Depot / Retail.
• To maintain cleanliness (internal and external) and maximum floor space utilization at depot / retail.
• To maintain equipment provided by the company in good condition.
• Serve customers politely and in a good manner & help to promote company products to customers.
• Handling daily cashier sales billing transactions, ensuring daily cash float, and also daily collection money tally with the sales report.

SPM or equivalent.

The primary responsibility of a Sales Associate includes promoting company products or services through quality customer service. Sales Associate duties include welcoming customers, guiding them through products or services, responding to customer questions, accepting and processing orders, operating the POS register, resolving return issues, promoting special sales, offers, and awareness of the store loyalty program, and ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
