  • Proven track record in building and leading a Lean Six Sigma culture in an organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be results-oriented, a change agent, with the ability to interface with all levels and areas of an organization.
  • At least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

**Job Description**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across our organization, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
+ Provide mentorship and training to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools
+ Organize and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency
+ Analyze complex data sets and utilize statistical tools to identify areas for improvement and measure project outcomes
+ Lead cross-functional teams in implementing continuous improvement methodologies and best practices
+ Conduct root cause analysis and develop innovative solutions to address operational challenges
+ Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
+ Minimum 3 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
+ Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
+ Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools (minitab/JMP), and process mapping techniques
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various audiences.
PREFERRED:
+ Potential candidate with Six Sigma methodology experiences is highly desired/preferred Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
+ Experience/background in electronics/semiconductor operations.
SKILLS:
+ Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible).

**Job Description**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Lead and manage **Lean Six Sigma projects** from start to finish, using DMAIC or DMADV methodologies.
+ Conduct **process mapping, root cause analysis, and data analysis** to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **identify improvement opportunities** and implement change.
+ Use statistical tools such as **Minitab, Excel, or JMP** to analyze process performance and variability.
+ Facilitate **Kaizen events** , **Value Stream Mapping and other continuous improvement activities.**
+ Train and mentor **Green Belts, Yellow Belts** , and project team members.
+ Report on project progress, ROI, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
+ Promote a **culture of continuous improvement** and operational excellence.
+ Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
+ The **subject matter expert** in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
+ Minimum Degree holder in any relevant field.
+ Minimum 5 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
+ Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, experience with proven track record.
+ Strong background in electronics/semiconductor operation.
**Preferred**
+ Potential candidate with Six Sigma methodology experiences is highly desired/preferred Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
**Skills**
+ Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible).
+ Added advantages if experienced in facilitating the VSM or any kind of Lean Six Sigma workshop.
