The Operator is responsible for equipment and results within their area, safely operating and performing basic maintenance on the line/area according to standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Process Operator specializing in Grinding and Mixing for a 6-month contract position at our facility in Ipoh, Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring high-quality output and maintaining safety standards.

• Operate and monitor grinding and mixing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate production records
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and finished products
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with grinding and mixing processes
• Knowledge of grinding and mixing equipment and production processes
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety protocols in manufacturing
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required
• Relevant technical certifications are preferred but not required
