We’re looking for a results-oriented and solutions-driven Workday Principal HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our Workday platform with different modules inside – Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Advanced comp, Time & Absence and Learning.
In this role you will serve as internal expert, managing and improving Workday functionality with a focus on accuracy, security and user experience. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, maintain data integrity, and support change through new releases, documentation, and training.
This will be a design and development position. You will be reporting to HRIS Sr. Manager.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and implement process improvements.
Lead and support the implementation of Workday HR modules, including core HCM, Compensation, Time & Absence, Talent, and Advanced Compensation.
Configure Workday based on business requirements, including creating business processes, security roles, and custom reports.
Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional Workday solutions.
Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot system issues and provide resolutions.
Develop and support integrations (EIB, Core Connectors).
Support Workday implementation and enhancement projects, including testing, proper documentation, and user training.
Maintain compliance with data privacy, security, and industry regulations (e.g., SOX).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience with Workday functional and technical experience.
General understanding in HR processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Description
As an MI Regional Quality SME, you support the regional quality agenda by executing incident analysis, participating in RCAs, preparing and tracking action plans, and maintaining data quality in QEM/RCA-Tracker. You coordinate with Data Ops teams and Client Ops, prepare inputs for Global Quality Circles and contribute to monthly KPI reporting. Key Responsibilities
Support QE analysis: identify incidents, prepare trend views and drill-downs for countries/product groups/clients. Participate in RCA sessions with functional SMEs; document 5-Why flows, evidence, corrective and preventive actions; raise blockers to the Lead. Maintain QEM entries and RCA-Tracker (Problem Statement, Root Cause, action plans (APs), Owner, Due Date, Status); ensure monthly/weekly cadence adherence. Quality Circle preparation: assemble case packs, consolidate country inputs, update slides, capture decisions and follow-ups. Stakeholder support: liaise with Data Ops delivery leads/SMEs and Client Ops for fact checks and communication input. Reporting: contribute to monthly KPI updates (QE/OTD/RPD) and ad-hoc deep dives; maintain documentation and SOP links. Continuous improvement: flag recurring gaps in process/tools/training; share best practices across markets. Qualifications
Work Experience 2+ years in MI operations (or in an MI value-chain area such as Panel Data, Coding, MDQC); good technical process understanding. Cross-business area experience in a previous quality role in RMS or CPS will be considered as well. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Competencies & Skills Strong analytical skills & attention to detail; able to structure complex issues into clear words. Excellent communication skills including English language (verbal and written) Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills Proactive attitude in recommending suitable solutions Taking ownership of executed tasks, driving progress and working out solutions Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together Ownership & reliability; meets cadence requirements (prep/review/report-out). Responsibilities Integrations & Reporting
Design, develop, configure, and test complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, as well as other tools
Utilize Workday capabilities like Data Sources, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, Dashboards and report scheduling to create automated and scalable reporting solutions
Develop, maintain and deploy Workday integrations, such as EIBs, RaaS solutions, and cloud connectors. Integrating various cloud products such as Concur, SAP, SAC, Azure, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and working with the business to bring on additional integrations.
Design and implement web services using SOAP and REST protocols.
Consult with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support bi-annual release by reviewing release notes to determine overall business impact, conduct regression testing and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality
Extend
Act as a Workday Extend subject matter expert by leading and advising internal stakeholders through Workday Extend applications and the development lifecycle.
Work with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into projects with clearly defined scope, timing, deliverables, resources, and key measures of success while assessing level of effort, risk and impact of proposed design or optimization.
Maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones and effectively set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Review and identify inefficiencies in business process flows; analyze processes, propose recommendations, document changes for change control purposes, and implement required process improvements.
Provide application support and end-user guidance. Research and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job
Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
Experience with XML, XSLT, and other data transformation technologies.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Hands-on experience developing Extend applications.
Experience in JSON, XML, SQL, JavaScript, and other application development experience.
Power BI experience a plus.
Experience maintaining a high degree of discretion and sensitivity to confidential information
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organization and time management skills required and the ability to react to quickly changing priorities
