WHAT YOU'LL DO: Pricing Strategy Development:
Develop pricing strategy across all business lines (Motor and Non-Motor).
Support the implementation of pricing strategies and refinement of pricing models and methodologies. Ensure that pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market conditions and corporate objectives.
Test pricing models and tools, tabulate the product features and pricing assumptions.
Pricing Projects:
Collaborate with product development teams, and underwriters to support product strategy and innovation.
Assist and review product specification during the new product development process.
Develop pricing projects. e.g. impact analysis, regulatory filing and experience studies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensure pricing methodology and assumptions are documented and aligned with internal governance.
Product Portfolio Monitoring:
Monitor product performance post-launch to ensure profitability and compliance with pricing assumptions.
Conduct regular reviews and enhance actuarial pricing processes and procedures to optimize operational performance and provide insights on pricing effectiveness.
Market and Data Analysis:
Work closely with Market Leaders to maintain competitiveness in business through monitoring of industry trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes. Identify pricing trends and opportunities and adjust the pricing models accordingly to enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct data analysis and present findings to define business KPIs.
Utilize statistical and actuarial techniques to build business models to assess impact of key projects and opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, or other Mathematics/Statistics based major.
Minimum 3 to 4 years in-house actuarial pricing experience or 1 to 2 years experience in actuarial consulting pricing experience.
Have experience doing ratemaking for all lines of businesses, specifically accident and health, property and miscellaneous, GIT and liability.
Solid understanding of the insurance industry including products, pricing structures, market trends and regulatory requirements
Possesses strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in any relevant statistical software and programming languages (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, R, or VBA)

Senior Pricing Specialist/ Manager
to partner with pursuit leaders, solution architects, finance, legal, tax, resource management, and account teams to design commercial structures and build resilient, investment‑grade pricing for complex consulting deals — typically multi‑year, cross‑border, cross‑functional, and involving external contractors. The role optimizes win probability, margin, cash, and risk across the deal lifecycle (RFx → contract → mobilization → in‑life change control).
Your key responsibilities
Own the commercial strategy and pricing architecture for large pursuits; set investment envelope and pricing guardrails
Select and structure fee types (rate card, fixed fee/milestones, margin‑based, contingent/outcome) and hybrid constructs
Lead multi‑year financial models (resourcing pyramids, productivity curves, promotions, utilization, indexation) and FX sensitivity
Integrate subcontractor pricing (rate assimilation, mark‑ups, caps) and cross‑border costs (country rate variances, T&E, taxes/withholding)
Shape global rate cards and multi‑country pricing (tiers, volume incentives, escalation) aligned to GPCM guidance
Run scenario and sensitivity analyses; prepare negotiation options and client‑facing pricing exhibits
Coordinate deal reviews and approvals; lock pricing plan status in Mercury prior to close
Ensure SOW alignment and quality reviews; maintain audit trail of assumptions and approvals
Partner with Resource Management on sourcing strategy (on/near/offshore/GDS) and ramp plans
Lead pricing handover to delivery; establish baseline and change‑control model; support re‑pricing of variations
Skills and attributes for success
Possess knowledge in advanced financial modelling (multi‑year P&L, margin waterfalls, cash flow, FX/indexation, sensitivities).
Possess expert knowledge of fee structures and risk‑reward mechanisms; ability to design hybrids.
Understanding on Global commercial constructs (rate cards, inflation/FX protections, incentive structures).
Knowledge in Cross‑border commercialization (taxes, withholding, intercompany, travel policies) and subcontractor management.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related; MBA/ CPA/ CIMA preferred.
3 to 5+ years of experience in pricing/ commercial finance for consulting/ technology/ outsourcing, with direct experience in multi‑country and multi‑year deals.
Proven experience leading client/procurement negotiations and RFx pricing (RFI/ RFP/ BAFO).
