Job DescriptionWe are currently expanding our teams in Malaysia and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location in Petaling Jaya.
Your tasks:- Build new and maintain existing sales price models, review existing revenue streams, and work with the sales team in preparing price lists for customers and special inquiries.
- Provide data-driven insights, financial projections, and recommendations through detailed review and monthly reporting.
- Analyse and monitor the effectiveness of currency rate changes, influencing sales performance with a commercial understanding of pricing and margin management activities (raw material risk, conversion cost modelling, FX risk management, margin segmentation).
- Prepare price variation proposals with appropriate strategy and justifying data.
- Stay up to date with industry and competitor trends, enabling ZF to grow market share through commercially sound offers or agreements.
- Support the review, analysis, and recommendations of commercial terms for customer contracts, and prepare financial reporting on margin performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Minimum of 5 years business/commercial experience in the automotive segment.
- Advanced expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience presenting complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience in working with large/complex datasets.
- Ability to analyze the commercial impacts of pricing tactics and understand commercial terms & conditions.
- Distribution, local market, and industry understanding is an advantage.
- National account or tender experience.

2. Introduction of new tyre lines / brands/ sizes to achieve business objectives and strategic requirement via the official BP process.
3. Support pricing & product Manager to collaborate with different stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, TCS) for successful launch plan preparation within defined timelines.
4. Prepare product communication plan with marketing as per local needs & resolve product related queries received from customers.
5. Highlight missing article/sizes to pricing & product Manager & suggest right pattern to be launched in the size or new pattern in existing size.
6. Work with sales head, market planner & pricing & product Manager to forecast for UUHP portfolio.
