Responsibilities:
- To carry out and implement daily sales activities as per the SOP sales order procedures and work instructions.
- To attend and follow up with the overseas project on prospect, customer and agent trade enquiries.
- To prepare costing and price proposal enquiries with agreement from superior that meet the customer requirement.
- To closely monitoring and making effort to gather the information to meet the customer required specification in order to close sales.
- To follow up and update the quoted Project enquiries.
- To plan and calculate the material required and checking with Purchasing Department and MPPC on the availability of material upon confirmation of customer's order.
- To verify Job Docket to production after order confirmation and receipt of payment term prior submit to Department Head for approval.
- To monitor the payment collection and make sure the collection is received within the collection period for the assigned.
- To closely monitor the progress of production on the order and update the customer if there are any changes and delay on the delivery.
- To handle customer complaints and work hand in hand with production and quality team members to ensure corrective and preventive action is executed and followed through.
