Oversees and coordinates all sales and various solution programs of new turbomachinery systems, construction services and aftermarket services as part of initial new project sales within an assigned geographic area and for specific customer accounts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Applies knowledge of turbomachinery products and services in the Power Generation market to identify sales opportunities, propose solutions, and to convince customers that the company's products are differentiated in the market and that Solar Turbines is the best partner to meet their long-term needs.
+ Develops a sales plan and forecast for assigned territory to support companywide goals and strategies. Current assigned territory will be Singapore and Malaysia. This is subject to change based on management discretion.
+ Manages client relations, develops new contacts, markets, and applications. Manages customer interface and on-going relations with clients to assure all technical services are delivered as expected to assure the next sale, and to assure the company delivers to customer expectations.
+ Ensures all activities to fulfill contracts are in compliance with all company policies.
+ Capture bookings to meet the sales plan and forecast for the assigned accounts to achieve targets/plans.
+ This position is an individual contribution role, requiring independent work and accountability.
**Degree** **Requirement**
Electrical/ Mechanical/ Power Plant Engineering Degree or equivalent experience desired.
10-15 years' experience in power / oil & gas/ refinery/ petrochemical/ chemical industry with at least 5 years of new equipment turbomachinery sales / business development experience. Gas Turbine experience is preferred.

We are looking for a talented Power Generation Application Engineer to join our team in Puchong, Malaysia and this will be following Hybrid work model.
This dual customer/product focused position serves as the senior technical liaison between OEMs and represents our customers during new product development programs. Applying Cummins' products to customer vehicles requires the development of technical specifications, implementing new design configurations, and delivering high performance, low-cost equipment and system solutions integrated with customers' products in a variety of applications. Integrating high quality and optimized customer solutions requires the interaction with sales and marketing teams.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Obtains input and negotiates with Subject Matter Experts and Value Package Introduction (VPI) Teams and delivers product data and installation requirements to Application Engineers and OEMs Makes decisions in the areas of product selection, design, and integration that impact OEM machine performance, optimization and quality.
+ Applies and improves processes such as Installation Quality Assurance, OEM integration and product selection and tools such as Advisor, Cummins OnLine Specifications (COLS) and Global Customer Engineering (GCE) required to support the processes and enable high quality decision making.
+ Develops strong working relationships with customer technical counterparts to serve as their primary liaison to deliver specialized product technical information, manage product specifications, communicate product change information, conduct complex installation issue resolutions and facilitate customer requests.
+ Applies technical expertise in the areas of product, application and market knowledge to support OEM product selection and equipment design.

+ Support Sales team in responding to RFQs, tenders, and technical clarifications.

**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
**What your background should look like:**
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Perform evaluations and/or analyze unique problems that are new to equipment.
+ Perform predictive maintenance by analyzing routine failures and determining adjustments and repairs that need to be made.
+ Perform training as needed to Lower level Maintenance Techs on troubleshooting and repair techniques utilized with equipment
+ Perform specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment downtime.
+ Monitor equipment operations to ensure proper usage.
+ Construct and/or assemble new equipment
+ Troubleshoot equipment failures and repair as needed
+ Perform specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment down-time
+ Perform Lock Out / Tag Out requirements.
+ Work from blueprints, manuals, sketches and verbal instructions.
+ Help repairing on hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical systems.
+ Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.
+ Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards
**Job Requirement**
+ Good communication skills, both oral and written
+ Ability to work independently
+ Must have good or corrected eyesight to insure quality of work
+ Ability to lift and carry 25 kg frequently
+ Ability to crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work at various heights
+ Good basic math skills
+ Good mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting ability
+ Must have a valid drivers license

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Data Center Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.
+ Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
+ React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed.
+ Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.
+ Alert management if subcontractor performance doesn't meet all requirements per the Master Service Agreement.
+ Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
+ Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and respond to HVAC-related client problems.
+ Building walkthroughs, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and utilities.
+ Provide fixes to facility and plant faults and defects.
+ Complete assigned work according to established processes and procedures. Follow all safety processes and requirements and ensure all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met. Conduct routine quality checks for comprehensive maintenance records.
+ Complete all required training to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Training in a Technical discipline having served an apprenticeship or equivalent with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays
+ Must be able to Meet the physical requirements of this role.
+ To effectively present information to an internal department, client, management and/or colleagues.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
