Job Description
To support the Strategic Initiatives and Administration functions in managing and collectively driving the key initiatives, while overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks and regulatory reporting in facilitating a smooth execution of day-to-day tasks and regulatory reporting.
- Assist in planning and execution of initiatives aligned with departmental/company goals.
- Monitor the progress of initiatives/projects, timeline and ensure timely implementation.
- Support and oversee daily administrative and regulatory related tasks of the department.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements by managing the preparation and submission of accurate and timely reports.
- Assist with (register, investigate, gather information & provide solution) complaint handling for Policy Servicing Administration.
- Support and Oversee Administrative tasks and Department Operations.
- Assist in developing and performing the Quality Assurance task and SOP for Policy Servicing escalation and data entry process.
- Any other tasks assigned as and when required due to business needs.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
We are looking for people who
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in business, insurance or any other related fields.
- Experience a minimum of 5 years in Life Insurance and/or Financial Institutions
- Good Communication skills (verbal & written), Data Analysis, Presentation, Project Management, Interpersonal skills, Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills, Customer Service and Conflict Resolution skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Sound product knowledge, policy servicing, regulatory and governance
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

- Possess either Degree in Business Administrative, Finance, or any related field(s).
- Majoring in Insurance or Finance would be added advantage.
- Professional qualifications i.e. AMII/ACII, FLI, Six Sigma either trained or certified Green Belt shall be added advantage.
- Minimum 5 - 7years working experience in business with 2-3 years’ experience in team leader role and or senior associate/ executive role.
- Working experience in insurance related fields would be added advantage.
- Communication skill, with ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to produce high quality work under pressure.
- Ability to translate business issues/challenges into effective/creative program solutions.

Appointments will be made on a 1 or 2-yearcontract basis in the first instance.
Purpose of the post
This position is to provide administrative support as a Research Assistant to the Director of the Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health, NUS School of Medicine. The Centre is a population health program aiming to advance women’s health in Asia and globally. The Research Assistant will work closely with the Center Director and various project stakeholders (e.g., PIs, RAs, clinics).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage schedules of PIs, RAs, and recruitment subjects, so that projects will run optimally, incident-free, and without significant delays
- Plan appropriate coordination strategies to manage project requirements
- Provide effective and timely assistance to Director in managing her calendar and meetings to ensure smooth and organized workflow; Assist with matters related to Director’s participation in conferences/seminars and workshops

- Able to develop his/her own research interest embedded in the Global Center for Asian Women’s Health and conduct relevant study analysis for manuscripts

Duties & Responsibilities
Clinical Support:
- Assist with participant check-in, preparation, and monitoring during study visits and interventions.
- Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs measurement, phlebotomy, sample handling, and documentation under study protocol.
- Support lifestyle and physical assessments, including gait analysis, grip strength, and other functional tests.
- Provide assistance in managing incidental findings and ensure proper escalation to the Clinical Research Manager or PI.

Operational Assistance:

Job DescriptionThe Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore is looking for researchers and engineers to develop next generation quantum computers based on trapped ions. There are multiple positions available at different levels with a diverse set of expertise. This program is funded under the National Quantum Processor Initiative, a flagship program under the National Quantum Office Singapore. The aim of the program is to develop a full stack quantum processor based on Yb-Ba ions. This program brings together the unique capabilities of the existing ion trap groups in CQT expertizing on these two-ion species to explore scalability of the system.
The Centre for Quantum Technologies is a pioneering quantum centre in the world offering a diverse research culture at the intersection of three different fields namely, theoretical, experimental Physics and computer science. This includes control of experimental hardware by a computer, automation of routine experimental tasks, etc.
Job RequirementsWe are looking for several software engineers to join the small team of scientists and engineers working on the next generation of the ion trap quantum processor. The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or related areas;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in software development in the R&D environment is preferred;
- Hands- on experience in one of the following areas and desire to cross the boundaries and learn new things
- Embedded software development for the FPGA / CPU SoC systems (for example, Zynq 7000, Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC, Altera Cyclone SoC);
- Good knowledge of C/C++ and familiarity with Verilog/VHDL HDL and communication between FPGA and CPU cores.
- The experiment control and automation of routine experimental tasks.
- Experience with Python programming in the experimental lab environment and for scientific applications. Familiarity with the quantum toolboxes such as Qiskit or QIBO and ability to integrate them into the experimental control system is a plus.
The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the development cycle: collaborate with team members to define technical requirements, design, test and integrate the software into the final product.
