Job Description

Responsibilities: To develop and post daily content (images, videos, reels/stories) across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other platforms; to plan and execute content around promotions, new product launches, seasonal campaigns and outlet activities; to monitor audience trends, comments and insights to adjust strategy and increase reach and engagement; to assist in achieving monthly growth targets for followers, engagement and reach; to visit outlets and coordinate with operation team/ outlets person in charge to take photos/videos of product, promotions and store activities; to support digital campaigns, giveaways and special events; to prepare creative assets (captions, posters, video edits) for campaigns; to track weekly/monthly performance of content and provide basic insight reports; and to suggest improvements based on performance data.

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Multimedia/Business/Marketing Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM3K and above depending on the qualification and experience.

As a key member of the Production team, this role is focused on receiving and processing files to a quality that meets the specifications of the destination and customer requirements, within the SLA.

Your Responsibilities

Digital Media

  • Ensure client’s orders and material are processed ready for ingest, and communicate any problems/issues with the client effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Ingest material to the highest quality into the system ensuring high productivity at all times.
  • FTP administration; Transcoding; QC and reporting; Digital File Reviewing and Ingest; various post-production techniques.
  • Constructively and proactively liaise within the team to ensure material is ingested and work is completed within SLA.
  • Communicate any problems/issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Fix and create broadcast compliant files for delivery using post-production tools.
  • Maintain current clients & revenues by ensuring smooth running ingest, adpro, and high standards of Quality Control and Customer Service.

Operational Efficiency

  • Ensure low error rate – Check material is available for ingestion within SLA.
  • Work efficiently and effectively, using correct workflow and work procedures.
  • Test end to end for TV or Broadcast products; report thoroughly back to agreed escalation routes.
  • In conjunction with Traffic, prioritize Ingest tasks to meet SLA's and customer requirements.

Documentation

  • Issue a QC report for each clock on each order.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining checklists and SOP's.
  • File a fault report for any software or hardware deficiency.
  • Understand the Ingest department is part of a bigger chain of activities and some flexibility may be needed to aid other departments.
  • Assignments as required and relevant by Management; Achieve the KPIs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Ingest/Post production services.
  • A background in advertising or media AV support is advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of Digital/Social and Online Formats (MP4, WebM, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of broadcast file formats; MXF, MOV, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Audition and audio editing software.
  • Good knowledge of Transcoders and File creation techniques.
  • Good understanding of Containers, codecs, and encoding techniques.
  • Optional: Good knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media solutions Person to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing partnerships, and selling CMV’s full suite of digital media offerings, including branded content, video production, and affiliate commerce solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agencies, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Solutions Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective media strategies to acquire new clients and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital media and advertising landscape.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling and strategic media proposals tailored to client objectives, utilizing CMV’s diverse portfolio of media brands and solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with solutions targets and company goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and media agencies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and digital media advancements to proactively identify solutions opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.


Who We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in media agencies, digital advertising solutions, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the digital media space.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a robust solutions pipeline, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Southeast Asian digital media landscape is a plus.
  • Language ability mandarin, malay is a plus
