Responsibilities
- To carry out maintenance and repairs to road networks to ensure it is safe and passable at all times;
- To maintain and accomplish average daily works production by applying Road Maintenance Management System (RMMS) works methods and techniques to increase the performance standard of the operation and reduce unit cost;
- Maintenance of machine to ensure minimize breakdown and safe to use to achieve daily optimum usage;
- Compliance with safety requirements/awareness and proper working gear to avoid accidents on site;
- Working as a team to increase the efficiency of the operations.
Requirements
- Possess valid Driving License of either Class H and I;
- Adequate knowledge of Road Maintenance Management System;
- Minimum of 2 years working experience;
- Knowledgeable of Health, Safety and Environment;
- A good team player with a high level of integrity;
- Pleasant personality and good discipline.

- To execute shift production tasks in accordance with production planning.
- To respond quickly and practically to any emergencies and unplanned shutdowns during shift production.
- To ensure that plant performance achieves targeted productivity and specified product quality as per customers’ requirements.
- To ensure teamwork among operators, including other departments, and ensure all delegated tasks are completed timely.
- Issue permits to work, including LOTO if needed, ensuring safe isolation and condition of equipment.
- To schedule shift work for the team.
- To ensure the operation team complies with all safety and health requirements at work.
- To ensure the work area is clean and organized.
- To provide training and coaching for operators.
- To report to the plant manager and complete all tasks assigned by the plant manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM Level or equivalent technical certificate with good supervisory and communication skills.
- 8-10 years working experience in the manufacturing/production industry, with at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
- Able to speak, read, and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Experience in operating a control panel is an advantage.

- Defines the most impactful projects on CBN which needs to be implemented.
- Source the appropriate support and route forward to lock improvements in place.
- Has daily engagement with shift teams to identify the opportunities by applying Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tools, (such as Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, Defect tagging).
- Responsible for reducing process variability and improve process capability.
- Responsible for reducing waste in all forms effecting line performance.
- Makes recommendations and follows up on finding agreement for rolling out of standards.
- Updates relevant information, tracking and reporting systems.
- University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or other related field.
- Min of 2years manufacturing environment (strong preference in Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
- Languages: Local - Fluent; English – Intermediate
- Profound knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like Total Productive Maintenance (prerequisite), Lean and 6 Sigma.
