SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

to join the project team and deliver best-in-class maintenance solutions for a complex and safety-critical environment. Role Overview As an SAP PM Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and optimising the Plant Maintenance module to support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure the system delivers operational efficiency, compliance, and reliability across critical Oil & Gas assets. Key Responsibilities Configure and enhance SAP PM processes, including maintenance planning, work order management, notifications, and scheduling. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Integrate PM with related modules such as MM (Materials Management) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management). Ensure maintenance processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Support testing activities, resolve defects, and assist with cutover and go-live activities. Provide post-implementation support and user training. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in SAP PM configuration and delivery. Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance processes in Oil & Gas or other heavy industries. Minimum of 5 years’ SAP project experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations. Experience in both implementation and support roles. Exposure to S/4HANA is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Why Join? Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in EE or Mechanical
• Innovative and good in problem solving skills
• Good time management & disciplined
• Team player and responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above
