What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assists the maintenance team in completing projects, work orders, call responses, and preventive maintenance activities. Works with conveyor, HVAC, and electrical systems as well as machinery such as work assist vehicles.
  • Handles physical cargo activities for shipment. This work can be dirty or heavy at times.

    • Work with internal business partners to ensure configuration management processes are robust and high quality to ensure customer configuration expectations are met.
    • Partners with internal stakeholders in Sales Operations, Product Management, and Global Operations to drive continuous improvement in order fulfillment processes to improve competitiveness in meeting customer needs and product lead times.
    Who We’re Looking For
    • Bachelor’s degree, Masters (MBA, Engineering, Supply Chain or other Operational discipline) preferred.
    • 10-15+ years in relevant operational disciplines, with cross-functional experience in a global environment. At least 5-years’ experience working directly with VP level executives.
    • Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations is required.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, excellent executive presence.
    • Strong business acumen, relationship skills and the ability to speak with data.
    • English fluency.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, health care or similar industries is preferred.
    • Experience leading a global team through a period of significant change and growth is preferred.
    • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into locally relevant operational plans.
    • Ability to influence in a matrix organization across Business Units.
    • Agility – the ideal candidate actively prioritizes and manages through multiple priorities, quickly and smoothly.
    • Able to identify opportunities for value-creating/positive change, can craft a vision and architect a change strategy in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
    • Ability to set and manage accountabilities and expectations at all levels, acts quickly to resolve conflicts.
    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work across time zones especially with Lam factories in the U.S., Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Austria.
