Overview:
First Digital (FD) is seeking a proactive and collaborative Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for online and offline corporate communication efforts, including but not limited to company website content, social media, public relations, press releases, events/trade shows, swag, and more. This role requires strong people skills, stellar project management abilities, an aptitude for online platforms, marketing automation familiarity, an eye for design aesthetics, and hypersensitivity to delivering consistent messaging with the on-brand look and feel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, develop and implement communication campaigns that support and drive positive messages, partnerships, product updates, and more.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with and between external service providers (PR firms, copywriters, designers, production companies, event planners, etc.)
- Day-to-day management of social media channels: taking ownership of social media calendar, tracking mentions, responding to inquiries, comments, and direct messages on time.
- Plan, proof, and approve engaging content and contextually relevant and on-brand visual materials for the company website; utilizing our content management system to update website content related to FDUSDs programmability, partnerships, and market leadership.
- Conduct research on competitors, digital asset industry trends, and our products, including FDUSD integrations with DeFi ecosystems and blockchain networks to develop competitive and innovative communication materials.
- Track, measure, and report out KPI's relevant to driving user engagement and qualified leads.
- Monitor the sentiment of media and news coverage as it relates to FDT's products and business.
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of participation in industry conferences and trade shows.
- Play an integral role in the planning and execution of company-wide activities and events.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field of study
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in financial services or technology-related businesses
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to craft com-pelling narratives around complex topics like stablecoins and blockchain technology.
- Proactive and takes initiative, willingness to engage and show critical thinking

Project Coordinator | Recruitment | Management | Content Creator | Video Editing | HR | PAWe are seeking a creative Marketing Specialist with a deep passion for video games and the gaming community. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our games, build brand awareness, engage the community, and drive player acquisition and retention. You’ll work cross-functionally with developers, influencers, content creators, media buyers, and analytics teams to bring marketing strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for game launches, updates, and live events.
- Collaborate with game development and creative teams to create compelling content including trailers, promotional art, blog posts, social content, and in-game announcements.
- Manage social media channels and community engagement efforts to build and maintain strong player relationships.
- Coordinate with PR, influencer marketing, and paid media agencies to maximize campaign reach.
- Monitor, track, and report on KPIs and campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social listening platforms, and game telemetry.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology/gaming industry
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Capability to develop measurable business outcomes and marketing roadmap
- Deep knowledge of games, relevant gaming audiences, and the gaming industry
- Proficient in English and Malay; Chinese is a bonus
