Pre-requisites:
️Good spoken and written communication skills. We want someone who can chat it up with clients and work seamlessly with our team.
️Sound knowledge of all basic movement patterns such as push-pull, hip hinge, squat, lunge, and the anatomy of muscles involved.
️Basic understanding of caloric balance. You don't have to be a nutrition expert, but it helps if you can explain the concept to our clients without getting tongue-tied.
️Be a walking and talking role model. We're not saying you have to be the next Joanna Soh or Jordan Yeoh, but we do expect you to embody a healthy lifestyle, both online and offline.
️Having a personal trainer certification is a bonus, however, the absence of it should not hold you back from applying since we will look into referring the right certification for you to go through and take you through the interview process if we see fit.
️Possess a current and valid CPR & AED - Basic Life Support certification. If you haven't got it, you must agree to fulfill it within the first 3 months of joining us.
Key Responsibilities:
️Deliver hyper-personalized personal training experience to help clients with ongoing breakthroughs in fitness, health and life.
️Provide excellent customer service in person and remotely for our clients.
️Actively participate in growth-related activities such as workshops, training, seminars, competitions, and networking events both within and outside of MOVE.
️Be a great contributor to the team culture at MOVE from day 1.
Requirements:
️Be flexible to serve clients in the early mornings, late evenings, and even on the weekends, especially during your first year of establishing your client base and credentials as a personal trainer.
️Be ready to do more than just personal training. You never know what else could make you tick therefore from time to time you'll be exposed to tasks and challenges outside of the realm of personal training.
️Happy to lead yourself and team members to thrive in both character and competencies while being humble to be led to experience breakthroughs of your personal limitations.
️Willing to learn to articulate and find ways (such as taking courses, reading books, brain pick people ahead of you, etc) to constantly improve the art of communication.

Track and report on client attendance, performance, and outcomes
Front of House & Customer Service
Assist with reception duties including check-ins and member inquiries
Support new members with onboarding and basic gym orientation

Team & Operational Duties
