- Category Expertise: Category expertise and passion in at least Skincare or Mother & Baby products, both is a plus
- Commercial Fluency: Proven P&L / gross-margin ownership; comfortable building back-of-envelope models and defending them
- Process Management: Track record installing or running stage-gate / PLM processes in a fast-growth, resource-lean environment.
- Execution Experience: Led and executed on end-to-end process from idea to launch for SKUs in our categories
