We're looking for a Performance Marketing ninja who has a strong grasp of current paid marketing platforms and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role involves analysing campaign data, aligning client objectives, assisting with media planning, and executing paid digital marketing strategies. This includes multi-channel digital media buys, lead generation, campaign performance monitoring, optimisation, and reporting.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all performance marketing campaigns, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media, search, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strategise omni-channel campaigns to meet client business objectives including lead generation, conversions, and awareness.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify campaign trends, formulate insights, optimise spend and performance based on the insights gathered.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital-led campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create web, mobile, and social integrated solutions.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • SPM (or equivalent) distinction (A) in Mathematics at minimum.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and digital media buying is a plus.
  • Fresh grads with excellent academic record and attitude are welcomed.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, Meta, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics & Heat Map tools).

  • Bring fresh ideas to the table by proposing new campaigns and collaborations
  • Work in partnership with the Digital Marketing Assistant to manage all third-party listing websites
  • University Degree holder in Marketing, communications or any related discipline preferred
  • At least 2 years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably leading campaign development with sizable budgets.
  • Analytical, solution oriented and a fast learner
  • A strong communicator - ability to speak to senior team members with confidence and knowledge.

Description
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive B2B customer acquisition, retention, increase conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Manage all online and offline advertising campaigns including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, business development, and analytics to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns include ads, sales tools, SEM, and SEO.
  • Manage and optimize Search (CPC) and Display (CPM) campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance, Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, KPIs, and key metrics.
  • Allocate budgets and analyse and recommend modifications to ad spends.
  • Manage creative and digital agencies and create campaign activation.
  • Leverage on Salesforce to track and analyze the performance marketing campaigns, monitor key metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of martech, digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Must be proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
  • Proficient in customer sales management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot is an added advantage.
  • To be efficient at work with high level of attention to detail, able to organize and time manage, meet deadlines, and ad hoc request
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • A self-starter and independent innovator, able to maximize use of resources on hand and think out of the box. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to resolve challenges.

About The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: The Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven insights and optimization strategies for performance campaigns across all the Sleek markets. With a large emphasis on Google Search campaigns, this role requires detailed campaign analysis, onsite performance evaluation, and accurate forecasting to ensure targets are consistently achieved. In addition, you will manage a Meta campaign manager responsible for launching social media campaigns, first in HK and then in multiple markets.

Outcomes:

  • Exceed revenue and ROAS targets by actively optimizing keywords and ad creatives while leveraging performance data to adjust campaigns in real time, correct underperformance, and maximize results
  • Accelerate growth in high-performing markets by executing strategic bid adjustments, refining audience targeting, and optimizing budgets across campaigns from in-depth performance analysis to drive incremental gains
  • Expand market share in growth markets by launching and optimizing new campaigns, refining keyword strategies, and developing tailored, original ad creatives to improve conversion rates and capture untapped opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement by proactively developing and communicating actionable opportunities to drive incremental growth in conjunction with the ecommerce and sales teams
  • Ensure consistent and reliable campaign attribution by troubleshooting and resolving tracking discrepancies and ensuring accurate performance measurement across platforms
  • Develop playbooks for creative and optimization success in our key markets: Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and UK

To do this, you will have a minimum of 6 years experience as a performance marketer, with significant hands on experience with Google Ads and Meta with large budgets. You will most likely be located in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Malaysia or Thailand.

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience with performance marketing
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, management, and reporting. You will have managed large budgets and understand how to optimize across many campaigns and campaign types
  • Significant experience with Performance Max is a major plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to create advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dynamic dashboards
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools to use or create actionable reports


Analytical Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful trends and insights
  • Experience in identifying tracking discrepancies and resolving complex issues
  • Expertise in forecasting and performance target tracking


Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, BI and ecommerce teams

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
  • High level of autonomy with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


About The Interview Process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages.

It might seem like a lot - but fear not - we come prepared! We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish depending on your availability.

Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.

Introductory call

  • A :30 minute video call with a member of our HR team to discuss your application and get a better understanding of your experience and expectations for the role


Career deep dive

  • A :60 minute chat with the Hiring Manager
  • We'll discuss your last couple of roles to understand your experience in more detail
  • In addition, we'll be trying to gauge your where your strengths lie


Behavioural fit assessment

  • A :60 minute chat, usually with a member of HR or the leadership team
  • We'll dive into some recent work situations to understand how you think and work


Reference interviews

  • We'll have 2-3 short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us
  • So as to not delay your offer, we may ask your permission to have these calls earlier on in the interview process


Requirement for background screening

Please be aware that Sleek is a regulated entity and as such is required to perform different levels of background checks on staff depending on their role.

This may include using external vendors to verify the below:

  • Your education
  • Any criminal history
  • Any political exposure
  • Any bankruptcy or adverse credit history
