What will you do

  • Culture & Engagement
  • Design and deliver initiatives that activate ADA’s cultural values.
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs to shape a performance-driven, inclusive culture across markets.
  • Lead engagement surveys (e.g., pulse, annual), distil insights, and drive action planning.
  • Develop campaigns, rituals, and moments that strengthen belonging, connection, and recognition.
  • Employer Branding & EVP
  • Define and evolve ADA’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in line with company values and strategic goals.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to develop recruitment messaging, campaigns, and content that attract high-performing, purpose-driven talent.
  • Manage ADA’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor; track reputation and sentiment metrics.
  • Onboarding & New Hire Experience
  • Reimagine and own the end-to-end onboarding journey — from pre-boarding to Day 90.
  • Ensure new hires are immersed in ADA’s culture, values, and performance expectations from day one.
  • Partner with L&D and business units to scale onboarding across markets and functions.
  • Change & Culture Communications
  • Act as a culture and communications lead during org transformation, integrations, or strategy shifts.
  • Translate complex messages into compelling narratives that inspire trust, clarity, and alignment.
  • Coach and enable leaders to champion culture in their teams.

What skills and experience you will need?

  • 8-10 years’ experience, ideally including time in consulting or a high-growth, matrixed environment.
  • Strong track record in employee engagement, culture, or employee experience strategy.
  • Experience in employer branding, onboarding design, or internal communications is a plus.
  • Skilled in using both data and narrative to influence change and shape culture.
  • Familiarity with engagement platforms (Culture Amp, Peakon, Qualtrics, etc.)
  • Previous work on EVP strategy, branding campaigns, or onboarding design.
  • Experience in regional or cross-cultural roles.

Job Description

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a culture builder — someone who can energize, connect, and engage our people. This role focuses less on training and more on employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and internal communications that bring our values to life across all WORQ branches.

Key Responsibilities:

I) Employee Engagement & Culture

Design and deliver engagement programs (recognition, wellness, team events, cultural rituals).

Act as a cultural ambassador, embedding company values in everyday experiences.

Partner with leaders and the culture committee to drive ground-up initiatives that make employees feel heard and valued.

Gather and act on employee feedback via surveys, focus groups, and townhalls.

II) Internal Communications

Own the voice of the company — craft and coordinate internal communications that are clear, inspiring, and aligned with WORQ’s brand.

Build engaging communication channels (newsletters, digital boards, intranet, townhalls) that enhance transparency and belonging.

Create storytelling campaigns to spotlight achievements, recognition, and community spirit.

Collaborate with the L&D Specialist to support and execute training programs (workshops, e-learning, onboarding journeys).

Help coordinate knowledge-sharing forums, fireside chats, and peer learning sessions.

Track participation and gather feedback to improve both engagement and learning outcomes.

Support blended learning initiatives by making them engaging and well-communicated to employees.

IV) Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with HR, Operations, and Community teams to sync people engagement with business growth.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that strengthen WORQ’s people-first culture.

Partner with external trainers and internal SMEs to deliver engaging experiences.

Qualifications

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in employee engagement, culture-building, internal communications, or L&D-related roles.

Strong communicator — written, visual, and verbal — able to inspire and connect across diverse teams.

Creative and resourceful: able to make an impact with both small touches and large-scale events.

Passion for building communities, energizing people, and creating a sense of belonging.

Experience supporting or running training/learning initiatives is a strong advantage.

Startup or fast-growing environment experience is a plus.

What will I be doing?

As an HR Executive - People & Culture, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values and business goals, including the following key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ranking and filing team member talent acquisitions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Participate in cooperation with schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events).
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, including organizing events, recognition programs, and communication campaigns.
  • Support compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and strict practice of office lock-up and information security.
  • Assist in organizing team member activities and communication meetings.

An experienced Business Partner to provide strategic alignment that aligns all HR initiatives with business objectives, acting as a consultant to management and a bridge between HR and the business.

· Guide and support organizational changes, helping employees adapt to new processes and structures.

Operational HR Support:

  • Employee Relations: HRBPs mediate and resolve employee issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Policy and Compliance: They ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: They coach managers on performance management processes and provide guidance on addressing performance issues.
  • Compensation and Benefits: HRBPs contribute to the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Data Analysis: They analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations.

· Appointed relevant suppliers e.g. Recruitment Firms, MEF, MIHRM etc

· Business acumen: They must understand the business, its goals, and its challenges.

· Change management expertise: They need to be able to guide and support organizational changes.

· Leadership and coaching skills: HRBPs often act as coaches and mentors to managers and employees.

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications and Certificates

· Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

· Formal training in leadership, communication and strong people skills

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

· 5 to 8 years of HR generalist experiences, preferably in MNCs.

· Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills

· Methodical and practical approach

· Meticulous & has a data analytics mindset

Necessary Technical / Functional / Language Skills
