Infant Care and Child Care
You will play an important role in supporting the learning and development of infants and toddlers through interactive and stimulating experiences. You will share a special bond with these little ones as you partner their families and witness their development.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both English & Malay Language
- Good Islamic Knowledge
- A team player with passion and interest in caring for and developing infants and toddlers
- Prior experience in taking care or babysitting children will be advantageous
- Candidates without formal early childhood experience or formal early childhood qualifications are welcome to apply
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines and framework of the organization
- Recording of children's progresses and address the children's educational and developmental needs individually
- Attend to parents' feedback and work alongside with them to ensure the well-being of the children is well taken care of
- Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations and learning environment of the classroom
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

- Complete lesson plans and progress reports on children for each semester.
- Prepare a comprehensive developmental portfolio for each child.
- Maintain a high standard of professional competence through continual professional development.
- Foster a stimulating and conducive environment to the academic, creative, and critical learning of children.
- Manage all aspects of classroom management and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
- Collaborate closely with other teaching staff in carrying out duties.
- Build and maintain close partnerships with parents.
- To participate & support in activities, including school events, marketing events, required trainings , celebrations and any other duties assigned by the Centre Director.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a PERMATA/Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent for Mandarin Teachers.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Early childhood but also applicable to fresh graduate
- Passionate in early childhood education
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a fun and good personality to handle young children and provide them with a good preschool environment
- Ability to provide activities for children that encourage healthy growth
- A caring and approachable nature
