  • Review and process client payroll transactions efficiently within defined SLAs.

  • Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events, including month-end, statutory reports, and year-end activities.

  • Validate payroll data.

  • Ensure ADP provides payroll services based on client requirements and meets statutory obligations.

  • Adhere to ADP’s quality standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Perform quality checks and controls on reports, inputs, and processing.

Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end Malaysia payroll processing.

  • Proficiency in Excel is expected.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Social Security, Taxation, and Money movement/lodgment is preferred.

  • Strong mathematical skills and aptitude for learning payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:





  • Provide our award-winning payroll service to clients and maintain client relationship on regular basis
  • Perform end-to-end payroll processing and provide related HR services to Singapore clients
  • Responsible for clients' payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
  • Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax and other statutory matters
  • Prepare HR reports for clients such as movement, headcount, pay summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
  • Participate clients meeting and provide professional advices on HR issues relate to labour laws and employment act
  • Provide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams



Requirements:





  • Solid experience in processing end-to-end Singapore payroll
  • Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageous
  • Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment
  • Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers
  • Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
  • Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous

    Job Purpose

    This role will be part of the client delivery team in providing payroll processing and support to our HR & Payroll clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for monthly payroll administration to ensure salary payment is on time and accurate. (Main focus on statutory payment completion within timeline).
    • Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions – process documentation, prepare related forms and payments to submit to relevant statutory bodies.
    • Liaise with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulations.
    • Provide administrative support to the payroll team – updating and filing of statutory documents and records.
    • Assist to onboard and offboard clients along with the relevant statutory bodies.
    • Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation.
    • Update and reconcile cash flow into the accounting system and ensure all transactions are in proper order.
    • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks and payroll administration duties as assigned.

Job Purpose This role will be part of the client delivery team in providing payroll processing and support to our HR & Payroll clients. Key Responsibilities Responsible for monthly payroll administration to ensure salary payment is on time and accurate. (Main focus on statutory payment completion within timeline). Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions – process documentation, prepare related forms and payments to submit to relevant statutory bodies. Liaise with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulations. Provide administrative support to the payroll team – updating and filing of statutory documents and records. Assist to onboard and offboard clients along with the relevant statutory bodies. Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation. Update and reconcile cash flow into the accounting system and ensure all transactions are in proper order. Assist in other ad-hoc tasks and payroll administration duties as assigned. Key Requirements Right working attitude to ensure own accountability when tasks are assigned. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain confidentiality in the course of work. Attention to detail and able to perform tasks accurately.
