- Responsible in assisting Laboratory Compliance Manager in day-to-day laboratory operations for the assigned section toward direction of effective implementation of quality system ISO/IEC 17025, SAMM policy and SGS GCSC requirement
- Work with other operational team to ensure day-to-day Laboratory testing activities conducted smoothly and productively by fulfilling all QA/QC requirement.
- Assist in providing technical support and lead troubleshooting for issues or problems faced by analysts in the Laboratory.
- Regularly communicate with Global technical team and follow Group newsletters to expose to new technology so as new test approach for conventional test to study on feasibility to migrate method to a more cost effective/ productive approach.
- Review the existing test SOPs and Laboratory SOPs and to expand the scope of test if business volume is justifiable.
- Able to react fast to business development need – to develop and verify a new method by work with other Operational team on the arrangement and allocation of resource and manpower.
- Responsible to ensure all test results are reviewed and issued as per ISO 17025.
- Lead the method development process by establish Laboratory SOP, evaluate and documentation of measurement uncertainties of the test.
- Assist to provide technical training to laboratory analysts to ensure the analysts are technically competent.
- Assist to prepare technical guidance / document / updates for business team.
- Assist to ensure all staffs receive continuous guidance / training and training records are updated.
- Supervise that laboratory staffs performing testing in safe manner by adhering to group HSE safety procedures.
- Assist in carrying out root cause investigation for Customer Complaint and Non-Conformance and take appropriate Corrective / Preventive actions.
- Ensure the Laboratory competency by Proficiency Testing Program or Round Robin / Inter-Laboratory Comparison.
- Supervise to ensure Good Housekeeping and Good Laboratory practice in the laboratory.
- Assist in providing technical supports to Business team for business growth.
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

- Proficient & experience in handling microbiological related testing.
- Good personality, independent and a good team player
- Good communication skill.
- Able to understand the required test standard/procedures.
- Good knowledge in read and write in English and local language.

What you'll do:
- Provide advice on GIS strategies, architecture, product selection and release planning.
- Work alongside customers to define and implement their GIS strategic plans, ensuring ArcGIS is leveraged effectively to achieve their goals.
- Preparing for and participating in annual account reviews/roadmap planning.
- Prepare and review the technical workplan that covers the overall vision, objective and requirements, target activities and program allocations on-going with key organizational stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and technology update on the ArcGIS platform, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and relevant extensions, tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers to develop and implement optimal GIS strategies that align with customer mission objectives.
- Share best practices for ArcGIS implementation, drawing on your experience and knowledge of successful deployments.
About You

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience – 6 years working with IT, Computer Science or Esri technology, including ArcGIS platform, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, architecture design, and project management.

**Qualifications**
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting or technical troubleshooting experience
o OR Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership
o OR equivalent experience
o Mandarin speaking is must.
- Technical experience and knowledge working in Azure technical support or equivalent technology.
- Technical skills and hands on experience in 2 or more of the following areas: Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, ADFS, SSO configuration, Authentication Protocols, Azure Identity protection, Identity Management, Conditional Access Policies, Azure MFA.
M365 Identity depth experience and knowledge is preferred.
