Minimum 8 years' experience in A&R, music scouting, artist management, or label partnerships within Malaysia or the Southeast Asian region. Proven ability to discover and sign talent with strong market potential. A deep understanding of music production and recording, with a strong instinct for hit potential. Well-connected across the Malaysian music landscape—artists, producers, indie labels, content creators, and cultural tastemakers. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Malay language fluency preferred. A self-starter with strategic vision, commercial acumen, and creative flair. What we give you:
