Senior Salesforce Developer role is a crucial role for Strategic Partnerships success. You will join an expanding team where you will design the CRM landscape for Strategic Partnership team, allowing them to serve both Agoda and our Booking products to our strategic partners. The role will require you to work across multi-functional teams, including teams from Agoda’s sister company, Booking.com. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn from a multi-cultural team and top talents across the world. This role will also have a direct impact on the team’s future success.
This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Manage stakeholders across multiple teams to design business requirements, translate the requirements into detailed technical specifications that result in effective, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Lead the implementation of Agoda Strategic Partnerships CRM business flow from end to end.
- Communicate how solutions map optimally to original business requirements and provide product demonstration of developed solutions.
- Performing code reviews, providing positive useful feedback and ideas on technical workflow.
- Design and create reports and dashboard that will give recommendations to business users to make decisions strategically.
- At least 4 years of experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales cloud, experience cloud and service cloud
- Experience with Salesforce flows, profiles, permissions, workflows, data loader and approval processes.
- Knowledgeable of all levels of the SDLC and all testing phases.
- Experience working with and writing intermediate to advanced queries in relational databases (SOQL, SQL, etc.)
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST, SOAP)
- Experience with data migration and system integration techniques

- Developing and maintaining a close relationship with Shopee Sellers
- Constructing high-level strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growth
- Educating Shopee sellers on methods to increase their traction in Shopee
- Negotiating deals with sellers and curating SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
- Analyzing sellers’ progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
- Identifying market gaps and managing pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability of Tier 1 Brands in the category
- Securing exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (e.g.: 9.9/11.11)
- Working closely with internal teams (e.g.: marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of Sellers
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field; and experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Google Sheet is required)
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs

About The Role
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through intermediaries to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives
Roles And Responsibilities
- Strengthen existing and establish new partnership relationship with intermediaries to achieve mutual benefits and profitable goals
- Manage and build long-term business relationships and drive sourcing, negotiating and on-boarding clients via intermediaries
- Work with Segment Management to understand the value proposition of the ‘go-to-market’ delivery strategy and drive execution to activate / acquire and grow partnerships of the assigned intermediaries
- Work with Client Solution to identify potential business deals (i.e. leads) and co-develop proposals to win and close the deals.
- Work with Client Management to drive timely renewals of policies and ensure follow-up and closure of servicing issues (e.g. complaints)
- Become the single point of contact for intermediaries for potential business deal, renewal, upselling, cross-selling and after sales service (including servicing issues, if any)
- Work with Segment Management to drive adoption for Company-focused initiatives, e.g. Voluntary Solutions (VS) and Corporate Vitality, via intermediaries
- Work with Marketing to plan and implement engagement activities to deepen and champion good business relationships with intermediaries
- Track sales performance and profitability of partnerships / accounts and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Degree in any related fields of study
- Minimum 8 years working experience in relationship management and commercial client / corporate client facing role.
- Experience working with insurance partners, such as brokers, will be an advantage.
- Good problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated, passionate, resourceful, proactive, result driven, and ability to work in a stressful and challenging environment
- Good computer skills, preferably in Excel and PowerPoint

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance client success.
- Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
