Position: Inside Sales Representative (Hokkien Language & Taiwan Market)
Location: G20F, Imazium, Jalan SS21/37, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Project: Food Delivery Service Sales - Hokkien support
Date of Joining: 28th August 2025
Nationality: Malaysian ONLY
Language: Hokkien, Mandarin & Basic English
Work schedule: Day shift 10-10 only, 5 days per week, 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day
Working Hours: 24/7, 5 days per week, 8 working hour +1 hour lunch break per day
Compensation and Benefits:
Basic: RM 4000 - 4700 based on working experience and interview performance,
Sales incentive: 20% from base pay
Holiday pay, OT will be provided
Free meal per day

Key Responsibilities:
An Inside Sales Representative, or Salesperson sells products and services online or in a store
or office environment. Their primary duties include understanding the customers’ needs,
identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails and helping Sales Executives close
sales deals.
Inside Sales Representatives communicate with customers to understand their needs and
generate new leads. Other duties and responsibilities of Inside Sales Representatives include:
● Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead
follow-ups
● Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify
sales opportunities
● Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional
information via calls and emails
● Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
● Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
● Researching for new leads
● Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
● Upselling products and services
Required Qualifications:
Completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE certificates.
Malaysian that can speak in fluent Hokkien and basic English, as staff will support Taiwan Market
6 Months outbound experience (which means CS outbound, BPO, is acceptable)
Must be able to type in traditional mandarin
English interview will be included since computer interface is in English
Must be able to commit to shift
NO WORK-FROM-HOME option provided
Must complete assessment (Will be shared to cdd after screening process)

- Prepare regular bancassurance reports on sales performance including KPIs and campaign achievements to sales distribution and senior management
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements for business improvements
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Previous experience in banking, insurance, or operations support is often preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance products, bancassurance processes, and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.

- Collaborate with Product & Pricing, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure offerings are competitive, feasible, and customer-centric.
2. Business Development & Client Engagement
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for solar, BESS, and energy efficiency solutions.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, tenders, and presentations, ensuring timely and compelling submissions.
- Negotiate and close contracts that balance profitability with compliance and risk management.
3. Market & Channel Expansion
- Partner with Marketing to design lead-generation campaigns, events, and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Establish and grow strategic sales channels, including EPC partners, ESCOs, and financial institutions.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine sales approaches.
4. Team Development & Performance
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Promote solution-based selling, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Drive discipline in sales processes, pipeline reporting, and CRM adoption to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in solar/renewable energy, industrial technology, or infrastructure solutions (C&I sector preferred).
- Proven success in managing multi-million RM pipelines and closing high-value contracts.
- Strong business network across Malaysia’s commercial and industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of solar financing models (CAPEX, lease, PPA) and local energy regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Willingness to travel regionally within Malaysia.

About the Job
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and positioning the company's brand in both domestic and international markets. The Regional Head of Sales & Marketing will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, building long-term client relationships, and aligning sales and marketing strategies to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in core and adjacent markets

Your Role
- Report to Commercial Head Surface Solutions, Asia
- Lead and manage sales activities of Surface Solution for SEAT through Sales Managers & direct individual contributor responsibility of channel management. Also manage Customer excellence team for SEA directly.
- Support the acquisition of the Surface Solutions business by Global New Material International (GNMI)
- Design, develop, execute Channel Management Business plan with accountability on Sales, Contribution Margin, expense control; drive growth & sales performance and deliver on targets
- Lead Sales & Cost management by optimizing resource allocation and priorities to maximize profitability.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for segments & AM, regions and territories, projecting expected revenue & volume meeting the contribution margins
- Lead the whole sales cycle from lead to cash for the region
- Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth, consolidate the VOC and bring back to marketing into actionable items
- Build & maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships including distributor management, collaboration between sales and marketing by fostering a culture ofprocess improvement
- Evaluate market research, competitor and customer surveys, develop & execute strategy aligning with regional and global strategies
- Strong collaboration with regional marketing and customer excellence
Who You Are
- Masters or bachelor’s in engineering/technology & Business Administration
- More than 15+ years’ experience in leading Sales Organization of revenue
- A clear growth mind-set leader established, agile & display transparency in attitude & behavior
- Highly assertive personality to take SEA & Channel management into a leapfrog growth mode.
- Leadership & man management roles in Sales & marketing preferably in Automotive/cosmetics industries and/or FMCG segment.
- Leadership roles in SEA countries and essentially management of distributors
- Leadership experience demonstrating change management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, big picture thinking and ability to work in a competitive environment.
- Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations within a multi-cultural organization.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.)
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiatives, and leadership.
