- Oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics (import/export, distribution).
- Coordinate with production to ensure accurate planning and on-time delivery.
- Optimize costs, implement lean practices, and drive process improvements.
- Lead and develop supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Monitor compliance, safety, and prepare regular KPI reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in supply chain or purchasing, including 3 years in leadership.
- Strong expertise in demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory control (cycle counts, stock takes).
- Proven track record in people leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, promotional-driven environment.
