Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage customer relations for assigned leads.
  • Prospect within client companies for maximum account penetration.
  • Prospect and create opportunities for new client business.
  • Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email regarding orders & shipping information.
  • Research product and provide recommendations; provide virtual samples; physical samples.
  • Work with clients utilizing company stores for merchandise flexibility.
  • Prepare quotes for customer orders.
  • Receive client’s artwork and pass along to Designer.
  • Enter sales orders via Salesforce.
  • Coordinate the client’s review and approval of proofs.
  • Coordinate sales order with Account Coordinators.
  • May participate in presentations, meetings, etc. and attend industry trade shows.
  • Other selling duties as assigned, based on business requirements.

Required Experience:

  • 5 years promotional product sales experience.
  • Must have had a minimum quota of $400K annually.
  • Prospecting within your client accounts.
  • Prospecting for new business.
  • Business Development, Lead Generation, or Account Management experience.
  • SF and company store knowledge a plus.

Required Skills:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Above-average 10 key and typing skills.

Effective problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form.

Ability to work well under pressure, on multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Technical Requirements:

Regional Sales Support Specialist, Global Chemical Sales (Logistic)

The Regional Sales Support Specialist helps the Global Chemical Sales team work more efficiently by handling important administrative and sales support tasks. This support allows sales reps to focus more on building customer relationships and closing deals. This role suits someone who is organized, pays close attention to detail, and knows how to use internal tools to deliver fast, accurate support. By keeping data clean, following standard processes, and tracking sales consistently across regions, the Regional Sales Support Specialist helps the team stay aligned and supports the company’s growth goals in the chemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Quotation and Pricing Support:

o Oversee and process spot freight rate requests.

o Coordinate internal approvals and documentation for rate offers.

o Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all offers.

o Maintain and update regional quotation dashboards and monthly KPIs.

· Bid and Tender Administration:

o Provide administrative support for bid platforms when Tender Management is not involved.

o Ensure alignment with compliance/legal guidelines for bid responses.

· System and Reporting Support:

o Extract and consolidate reports from internal tools (Smart Hub, Creatio, operating systems) as required.

o Maintain clean, up-to-date data to support regional sales performance tracking.

o Upload customer contracts and related documents into the legal system and work with sales reps to bring contracts to a close.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

o Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

· Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail in administrative tasks and documentation.

· Proactive and highly organized with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.

· Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
