Job Responsibility

• Monthly check and stock take
• Attend walk in customer and enquiry
• Issue cash sales/ invoice/ job order/ DO
• Various outlets location can choose to work nearby home in kuala lumpur and selangor
  
  

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent
• Must be psychically good
• No experiences required. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Hard-working and fast learner
• Able to work with minimum supervision
  
  

• Commission RM500-3000
• OT claim RM200-300

About the role

Join the dynamic team at JUSTLIGHT ENTERPRISE SDN. BHD. as a Sales Assistant. In this full-time role based in Kuching, Sarawak, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our range of high-quality lighting products, focusing on building strong relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Prepare sales documents, presentations, and follow-up reports.
• Tender and Quotation Preparation:
• Assist sales personnel in preparing tender documents and compiling quotation packages.
• Gather pricing, technical specifications, and delivery timelines from relevant departments or suppliers.
• Ensure all tender requirements and deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders and quotations.
• Order Processing:
• Process sales orders and issue invoices in coordination with relevant departments.
• Track order status and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Market and Product Knowledge:
• Keep updated with basic knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Assist in compiling market or competitor research when needed.

• Proven sales experience in the retail or customer service industry.
