The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to involve and execute on ICS/OT security engagements in critical infrastructure and/or mission critical environments. In this role, you will assess, identify, and develop security solutions for OT environments. Responsibilities include helping clients access their security posture, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions. Assessments include security frameworks, existing security measures and alignment with best practices. In addition, you’ll have the chance to pursue the largest and most complicated opportunities to solve our clients’ OT security challenges. This includes complex solution architecture and client interfacing.

Here’s What You Need


  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience assessing against standards and frameworks including one or more of the following: DOE C2M2, IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, etc.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with ICS technologies and/or environments on one or more of the following: SCADA, DCS, EMS, DMS, ADMS, PCN, RTUs, IACS, PLCs, HMIs, etc.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working with cybersecurity functions of one or more of the following: vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management, incident response and monitoring, etc.
  • Problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills
  • Experience of working with diverse teams and is a team player
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.).
  • Keep abreast with the latest technology trends and predictions
  • Ability to drive the creation of prototypes and proof of concepts
  • Able to effectively communicate, interact and influence business and operational stakeholders and partners
  • Ability to deliver innovative solutions and consistently demonstrate customer outcomes

    Job Summary

    The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services to children enrolled in the Early Intervention Programme (EIP) and Advanced Intervention Programme (AIP). The role includes planning and conducting therapy sessions, monitoring developmental progress, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting families in understanding and enhancing their child’s functional abilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Therapy and Intervention

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations of children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and cognitive needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals tailored to each child’s needs.
    • Deliver structured therapy sessions in both group (EIP/AIP) and individual formats.
    • Use evidence-based practices to support skill acquisition in areas such as fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, play, and school readiness.
    • Collaborate with teachers and other therapists to integrate therapy goals into EIP and AIP class activities.
    • Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
    • Provide strategies and adaptations to support classroom learning and participation.

    Parent and Caregiver Support

    • Conduct regular consultations with parents to provide updates, training, and strategies for home reinforcement.
    • Prepare and deliver parent reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.

    Documentation and Reporting

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date session notes, progress reports, and assessment records.
    • Contribute to periodic evaluations and reports for program reviews and referrals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
    • Registered with (Relevant National Board or Council – e.g., Malaysian Occupational Therapy Association).
    • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children in a pediatric or educational setting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply with passion for child development).
    • Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and sensory-motor integration.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
    • Passionate, patient, and empathetic when working with children and families.

    Observations and Assessments

    • Able to design and carry out clinical observations in relation to classroom performance and offer recommendations for occupational therapy support/full assessments/intervention.
    • Have the ability to interpret reports from the professionals in the same discipline as well as across other disciplines.
    • Understand the children’s individual’s needs in line with expert clinical knowledge and experience to support the students in the school.
    • Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments including a range of standardised/non standardised assessments and clinical observations.
    • Able to collate all the clinical information and write detailed reports of the student
    • Able to identify the needs and suggest appropriate interventions
    • Able to communicate assessment findings to staff and parents

    Tracking, Assessment, Recording, Reporting

    • Managing appointment schedule/caseload effectively and efficiently to maximise use of time.
    • Detailed report writing; presenting clinical findings and setting out recommendations to address areas of identified need. This may include therapy sessions, provision of training, monitoring and reviews, referrals to other professionals, etc
    • Carrying out regular intervention sessions in accordance with recommendations and tracking progress against goals
    • Devising programmes and resources to guide families/school in adopting strategies and intervention approaches

    Whole Class Theraphy

    • Establish a safe, purposeful learning environment for all students;
    • Promote the progress and well-being of all students;
    • Contribute to the preparation of action plans and other support mechanisms;
    • Alert appropriate staff to barriers experienced by students and make recommendations as to how these may be addressed;

    Individual Learning Plans

    • Develop individual ILP goals through assessment findings and collaborative investigations.
    • Develop individualised learning plans based on the evaluation results and requirements in a multidisciplinary environment
    • Communicate ILP goals clearly to key stakeholders

    Co-curricular Activities

    • Support the life of the school beyond the classroom;
    • Lead one or more after co-curricular activities;
    • Participate in residential weeks and other trips;
    • Contribute to whole school learning initiatives during term.

    What Are We Looking For?

    Your Health is currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing urgent care family. An Occupational Therapist must obtain complete health and psychosocial history and records findings in a systematic format. Perform complete physical assessment. Arrange referrals to other members of the health team as needed and to community resources. Provide health education and counseling, as well as market and provide community education. Providers perform visits remotely via telehealth with assistance using their aligned COTA in the field and traveling to homes when needed. You must be a compassionate and empathetic clinical professional with the ability to provide the highest standards of care to our patients. It is also important to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a positive and motivating manner.

    Qualifications

    • Successful completion of an Occupational Therapy training program and certified thought the therapy state board
    • A current license to practice in the state of SC.
    • Current CPR Certificate.
    • Previous experience in healthcare setting is preferred.
    • Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places.

    Urbane Ethos Early Intervention Center provides client-centered therapy and early intervention in learning, speech, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and clinical psychology. With over 20 years of experience, we offer individual and group sessions to help children, teenagers and young adults achieve developmental milestones and improve their quality of life as well as support and guidance to parents and caregivers. Located in Shah Alam, Malaysia, our multi-disciplinary center is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Urbane Ethos Early Intervention Center in Shah Alam. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing occupational therapy services to children and teenagers, administering intervention strategies, and working closely with patients to support their development.

    Requirements

    1. Required certification for OT role: min. Diploma or Bachelor in Occupational Therapy
    2. 1 - 2 years of experience
    3. Must be able to write and present professional reports during consultation and to third parties in good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    4. Fresh graduates with good center-based volunteering background are welcomed.
    5. Minimum of 350 hours of clinical experience with pediatric cases
    6. Knowledge in SI (Sensory Integration) and SPD (Sensory Processing Disorders) is a plus

    Responsibilities

    1. Seeking proactive, skillful, knowledgeable and experienced Occupational Therapist to assess, manage individual, group sessions and family home program to assist children with their developmental delays in a multi-disciplinary environment. The applicant must have good play skills with children.
    2. Must have at least minimum of 400 hours of clinical experience with pediatric cases with good knowledge of Sensory Integration Processing.
    3. Must be able to assess, provide clear therapy plans and coordinate care for patients and family at center and home in individual and group sessions.
    4. Must have good rapport and play skills with children in a respectful and ethical manner.
    5. Good and respectful attitude towards others is a must.
    6. Must be able to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
    7. Must be proactive in providing ideas to enhance service and progress to cases handled.
    8. Opportunities to continue education.
