We are seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join our IT – Oracle ERP team, located in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Techno Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in Oracle EBS Order Management and Shipping track. Good knowledge of O2C and SCM flows is needed.
This role involves heavy interaction with the business in demand sensing, analyzing demands through business case analysis, and proposing solutions. You will also manage a small team, acting as a development manager for projects within Oracle EBS tracks.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development standards and methodologies.
- Manage global development teams to design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate programs.
- Establish standards for system development and maintenance.

- Propose major enhancements or new solutions to benefit the organization.
- Conduct code and design reviews for team members.
- Ensure adherence to software development methodologies and practices.
- Maintain high-quality systems in partnership with the business to understand and translate requirements.
- Utilize knowledge in unified modeling, data modeling, and UI design.
- Develop prototypes for user interfaces, data conversion, and business processes.
- Mentor support personnel, collaborate with global support teams, and ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications:
Years of experience:
- BA: 9+ years
- MS: 5+ years
- Ph.D.: 3+ years
Education:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Techno functional skills:
- Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile development lifecycles.
- Knowledge of O2C Cycle, SCM, PL/SQL, OAF, Workflow, BI Publisher, Shell scripting.

This position requires excellent client services and technical skills with expertise in architecture, design, and implementation of information security software, identity and access management system, or enterprise software. Successful candidates should have a high energy level, experience within product development or consulting organizations, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical audiences.
Responsibilities- Manage technical feasibility analysis, technology research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under Oracle ecosystems.
- Design new solution extensions based on customer requirements.
- Provide solution architecture and design guidance to the implementation team.
- Work with the engineering team to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the product standards to meet business requirements.
- Monitor the work of the technical team and ensure standards are adhered to in accordance with Oracle Application extensions and plug-ins.
- Ensure technical integrity of projects, making sure that common technical elements are leveraged, and that work is not duplicated.
- Work with and advise the QA team on the design of test plans, test cases, and on automation.
- Participate in product roadmap and product strategy definition.
- Help and review with the creation of training, product, and solution documentation.
- Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure compatibility with other NextLabs components that interface with NextLabs Data Centric Security for Oracle.
- Hold self and others accountable to the committed deadlines and ensure successful deliverables.
- Take an active role in the development of other team members.
- Engage with leading customers and strategic partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design.

- Excellent expertise in Oracle ADF development with very good understanding of the Financials, Procurement, SCM, and CRM application.
- Expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing Oracle technologies.
- Extensive development experience using ADF Services and SOA Composite Services, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Programming, and SDO developments.
- Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, such as Java connectors and Rest APIs communicating with 3rd party applications.
- Good experience with security concepts, Oracle Web Service Manager (OWSM), and ideally have experience implementing IAM.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle Application Development Technologies and OCI.
- Experience with Java based development is a plus.

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join the computational sciences team to contribute significantly to building an organizational-wide ML/AI-ready data foundation, focusing on laboratory automation, integration solutions, and software development. The role involves close collaboration with wet-lab scientists, computational scientists/engineers, and IT teams to design, develop, and implement cost-effective, robust solutions utilizing a combination of commercial software and in-house development. Leveraging modern tech stacks and APIs, this position will facilitate seamless laboratory operations and data management in a multi-disciplinary environment with both biological and chemical data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Development and Integration:
- Develop and maintain software solutions to integrate laboratory informatics systems with automated hardware systems and robotic laboratory equipment.
- Automate workflows related to sample management, inventory tracking, assay preparation, and data analytics.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into efficient software solutions.
2. Legacy System Modernization
- Assess existing systems, recommending and implementing modernization strategies that improve functionality, scalability, and ease of maintenance.
- Utilize modern software frameworks, cloud-based technologies, and AI-driven coding tools, if relevant, to streamline system modernization.
3. Data Integration and Automation
- Develop API-driven integrations and automated workflows connecting laboratory software, hardware, and internal/external databases.
- Ensure robust, real-time synchronization of data across various laboratory systems.
- Develop APIs and integration layers to connect applications cross different systems (e.g., chemical structure databases, property databases, and regulatory systems).
4. ML/AI-Ready Data Foundation Development:
- Collaborate with computational scientists and data engineers to design and implement an organizational-wide ML-ready data foundation.
- Develop tools and pipelines to ensure data is clean, well-structured, and accessible for machine learning and analytics.
- Integrate data from diverse sources (e.g., compound registration, inventory tracking, laboratory systems, and external databases) into a unified data infrastructure.
5. Communication and Collaboration
- Work closely with wet-lab scientists, computational scientists, data engineers, and IT team to clearly identify requirements and collaboratively develop solutions.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to users and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the cross-functional colleagues and data engineer to ensure applications are compatible with the organization’s data infrastructure and Single Source of Truth (SSOT) initiatives.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, Bioinformatics or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in software development, scripting, or automation-focused roles.
- Strong proficiency in programming/scripting languages (eg. Python, Java, SQL, etc.) and experience with RESTful API integration.
- Experience in laboratory automation systems and developing integrations involving biological or chemical informatics.
- Experience with legacy system modernization and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
