Responsibilities : .

1) Acquisition and Placement

  • Talent sourcing and selection.
  • Participate in nationwide career fairs and talks.
  • Resource planning and mobilisation to ensure that staffing needs of the Bank are supported.
  • Manage staff promotions to identify best fit for available position.

2) System and Database Management

  • Manage and update all aspects of HR system.
  • Work closely with users in HR department to enhance ad finetune the work processes / procedures for better utilisation of the system .
  • Resolve issues pertaining to system development and implementation.
  • Perform necessary system changes and testing.
  • Extracts, processes, and tabulate date and information from system for survey purposes.
  • Chart and analyse HR statistics as and when required by Management.

3) Performance Management

  • Manage staff performance reviews in compliance with the Bank’s policies / guidelines.
  • Assist in the administration of the annual increment / performance bonuses exercise.
  • Provide advice / guidance to line managers on the performance assessment process to ensure assessment and reward equity.
  • Assist in development / review of effective measurable KPIs jointly with Departmental Heads.
  • Administer performance improvement plan to address staff's performance gap or behaviour-related issues.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Degree.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Core HCM Functional to join our team. You will work closely with business stakeholders functional consultant(s), data and integration teams to support Core HCM functionalities that enhance employee lifecycle management, workforce administration and organizational structure management. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams – including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in gathering business requirements for Core HCM processes and document them accurately
  • Support functional consultants in translating business requirements into Workday system configurations and solutions
  • Assist in the configuration of Core HCM business processes, including employee records, job management, and organizational structures.
  • You may also be required to configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards
  • Help maintain and update functional documentation to reflect changes in the Core HCM system and business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM processes with other Workday modules, such as Payroll, Recruiting, and Benefits.
  • Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure smooth and accurate data flow between Core HCM and other modules/systems, providing functional inputs as needed.
  • Support the Functional Consultant in preparing test cases, executing system tests, and documenting results to ensure proper system functionality.
  • Assist with end-user training by supporting the creation of training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing user support.


  • Required Qualifications:


  • relevant years of experience working with Workday Core HCM or similar HRIS systems.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional documentation Excellent data analysis and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills to work with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data, integration, and business teams, to ensure seamless process integration.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM business processes and basic configuration tools is preferred
  • Experience with system testing, including preparing test cases and executing test plans is preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting and security configuration (a plus).

Job Description As part of the Global HRIS team, the Global Human Capital Management (HCM) System Expert will report to the Global HRIS Lead and will act as an individual contributor, responsible for the design and the implementation of the Human Capital Management systems and is responsible for transforming operational HR processes to become automated and data-driven. This position will be responsible on a global basis to digitalize hire to retire and administrative processes in the company, partnering with different stakeholders in HR function to make HR systems a real advantage. The HCM system expert will also ensure high standards in terms of data quality and efficiency of operations, updating / delivering processes and tools. He / She will also ensure the organization is well-trained and improving in terms of data literacy, acting as a liaison between HR business and group HRIS / IT when it relates to system development or system integrations. Main Responsibilities: Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms Leverage technical knowledge to provide best solution to HR practitioners Designing and implementing digital HR strategies that align with the organization’s business goals Leveraging digital and mobile tools to redesign HR programs Designing a digital workplace that enables productivity, uses modern communication tools, and promotes engagement, wellness, and a sense of purpose HR system expertise: Act as a data governor for employee master data, maintaining data integrity Ensure secure access to confidential data Perform data audits to identify and address data issues Increase data awareness across the organization Support enablement of data driven decision making for the business Ensure new developments or security updates remain compliant with data protection laws Standardizing processes and data aligned with industry best practice, to provide a common, consistent foundation to support HCM processes for organizational effectiveness Formalizing and institutionalizing a data governance framework: creating common set of data definitions and focus on data quality Act as a point of reference between Global HRIS team and local HR teams to scope, implement, deliver, and maintain global HR systems initiative in his / her scope Analyze requests / changes received from the region to ensure global process are well adopted in the region, addressing regional specificities Be an active change ambassador, promoting digital transformation and adoption of digital tool to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes in the region Experiences: 5+ years prior experiences on configuring and administering HCM systems (preferably Workday and PeopleDoc) Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills Experience with HR digital transformation projects An experienced professional in HRIS project implementation A solid knowledge of the HR function and HR processes, and you have a high digital dexterity with tools and new technologies Experiences in managing data (also confidential) and performing analysis to produce dashboards and reports, with expert usage of MS Excel Work on multi-country or global scopes and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams Passionate in digitalization and digital transformation, leveraging technology to improve employee experience and overall deliver better services Need to be self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Languages: French/Spanish/Portuguese are an added advantage Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ HR Management or related field of study What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Hybrid work available (not applicable to all roles) Pension contributions Access to Training and Development Access to Concierge Partnerships Diversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.     We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Process Automation (OPA) and Oracle Journeys . You’ll play a key role in automating HR and ERP-related business processes across our Oracle Cloud platform. This is a techno-functional role requiring close collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders to drive user-centric digital transformation.

    Responsibilities


    • Design and implement Oracle Process Automation (OPA) workflows within HCM and ERP modules
    • Configure and maintain Oracle Journeys, Checklist Templates and Workforce Structures
    • Integrate OPA into Journey flows for seamless user experiences
    • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and design automation logic
    • Provide support and training to end users on automation processes and tools


    Requirements


    • 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including:
    • Global Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management
    • Journey creation and Workforce Structures
    • Strong experience with Oracle Process Automation Service (OPA) – including workflow design, integration and deployment
    • Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud (e.g., Finance, Procurement)
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills


    Nice to have


    • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Visual Builder
    • Exposure to cross-functional process automation between HCM and ERP

    Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist

    with strong hands-on experience in

    Oracle Process Automation (OPA)

    and

    Oracle Journeys . You’ll play a key role in automating HR and ERP-related business processes across our Oracle Cloud platform. This is a techno-functional role requiring close collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders to drive user-centric digital transformation.

    Responsibilities

    Design and implement Oracle Process Automation (OPA) workflows within HCM and ERP modules Configure and maintain Oracle Journeys, Checklist Templates and Workforce Structures Integrate OPA into Journey flows for seamless user experiences Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and design automation logic Provide support and training to end users on automation processes and tools

    Requirements

    8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including: Global Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management Journey creation and Workforce Structures Strong experience with Oracle Process Automation Service (OPA) – including workflow design, integration and deployment Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud (e.g., Finance, Procurement) Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

    Nice to have

    Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Visual Builder Exposure to cross-functional process automation between HCM and ERP

    Job Responsibilities

    Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Change Management Consultant in our HR-T&O practice , a typical day might include:


  • Discovering stakeholders’ challenges and expectations and defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational change programs
  • Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications
  • Assisting clients in developing their change capability and becoming more agile businesses
  • Co-creating solutions and conducting user review sessions, and running stakeholder agreement meetings
  • Conducting a Change Management Impact Analysis and developing treatment plans
  • Implementing strategies that prepare an organization to put new business processes into practice
  • Supporting Change Measurement activities via a Change Readiness tool
  • Working with the HR Transformation team for change strategy of HR Systems implementations such as Oracle, Success Factors and Workday
  • Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
  • Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events
  • Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change


  • Job Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3+ years of HR change management/consulting experience is expected for Consultant Level.
  • Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc) is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions.
  • Strong executive level relationship building skills.

  • Job Qualifications


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in driving HR change management-related programs/ consulting experience (change enablement strategy and associated interventions, change adoption organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness for SAP S/4HANA is an advantage)
  • Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc) is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions.
  • Strong executive level relationship building skills.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies
  • Ability to interpret data, work with analytic models and advanced technologies and digital tools (e.g. cloud HR, behavior change packages, immersive learning)
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment
  • Experience of working on Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups and cloud based implementations will be a bonus.
