Basic Job Functions:
Primary function is to serve as a Oracle Fusion Support Analyst for Oracle Transportation Management, Warehouse Management Cloud and Inventory Management Cloud ERP in the support, enhancement and projects related to these systems. With a large Dynamics 365 programme on going and more divisional IT applications to come ASSA ABLOY APAC is looking to recruit any graduates who are interested in joining the expertise application team on designing, implementing and operating the divisional ERP application portfolio based on Dynamics AX to develop their career in IT with close connection with business.
The ASSA ABLOY ERP (Dynamics AX) programme is one of the largest in the world and offers plenty of challenges and opportunities for the right candidate.
The implementation of ERP in APAC is completed and will start the project to upgrade current system to cloud version. As part of the ERP implementation, integrations to other systems are implemented (Data warehouse, BI, Banking, Barcode scanning etc.).
The APAC System Consultant Associate will become member of an internal application team with 9-10 skilled ERP resources working together with external AX partners to design, develop and implement the APAC ERP solution.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of business processes and system requirements.
- Documentation of business processes, requirements, design, test etc.
- Design, configuration and testing of system functionality in ERP and related systems.
- Supporting the business during ERP implementations
- Performing Data Migration and supporting the users on data cleansing
- Have one or two years experience in consulting firm with ERP knowledge, being able to convey construction & informative information down to users.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- A detail-oriented, problem-solving attitude. Strong time management skills.
- Clear in communication and good presentation skills.
- Good in English & Chinese writing and speaking.
- Travel will be required

Why You’ll Love This Role: < r>As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in driving successful ERP implementations from planning to system-go-live. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: < r>- Gather and Analyse Requirement: Work closely with clients to understand their current business processes, identify pain points, and capture detailed functional requirements.
- Design and Configure Solutions: Translate business requirements into practical ERP configurations. You’ll be responsible for setting up and customizing ERP modules (e.g. Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing) to align with client operations. < r>- System Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the configured ERP system meets all specifications and performs as expected.
- Training and Support: Deliver user training sessions and create documentation to empower clients to effectively use the new ERP system. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: identify, analyse, and resolve functional issues, offering creative solutions to complex business challenges.
What We’re Looking For: < r>- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, or in a similar role
- Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of at least one core ERP system (e.g. Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing)
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of general business processes across various industries.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyse complex problems, gather requirements, and design logical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive and results-oriented approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. < r>
