Basic Job Functions:

Primary function is to serve as a Oracle Fusion Support Analyst for Oracle Transportation Management, Warehouse Management Cloud and Inventory Management Cloud ERP in the support, enhancement and projects related to these systems.     • Troubleshoot OTM-related issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Inventory Management Skill-sets:
    • Lead the support, configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud WMS modules.
    • Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory processes including receiving, waving, picking, packing, and shipping/ship confirmation.
    • Configure and schedule integration jobs between Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud and WMS Cloud.
    • Knowledge of inventory transactions: scrap, replenish, transfer, RMA, and vendor returns.
    • Shipping documentation: packing slips, bills of lading, and commercial invoices.
    • Manage LPN and serial number tracking.
    • Inventory processes: cycle count, ABC count, replenishment, and min/max planning.
    • Process and troubleshoot EDI transactions and RF scanning issues.
    • Experience in clearing pending transactions and ensure data integrity across systems.
    • Collaborate with business users to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Additional Skills Sets:
    • Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage technical feasibility analysis, technology research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under Oracle ecosystems.

  • Provide solution architecture and design guidance to the implementation team.
  • Work with the engineering team to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the product standards to meet business requirements.

  • Extensive development experience using ADF Services and SOA Composite Services, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Programming, and SDO developments.
  • Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, such as Java connectors and Rest APIs communicating with 3rd party applications.
  • Good experience with security concepts, Oracle Web Service Manager (OWSM), and ideally have experience implementing IAM.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle Application Development Technologies and OCI.

As a Professional Services - ERP Consultant, you will participate in consulting engagements and assume responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables for some of the most functionality-rich ERP products in the market today. You will work with your Consulting Manager to organize and control tasks within the work plan and take a leadership position on small project teams and small engagements. You will become a trusted growth partner with our customers, working alongside them on an independent basis for short-term engagements with little supervision. You will also contribute to a larger implementation team, taking the lead as a subject matter expert in your functional area when required.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform business requirements gathering, gap analysis, application mapping, identification and resolution of gaps, change in procedures and proposed workaround solutions in effectively utilizing core application.
  • Responsible for functional and technical specification development, configuration setup, proof of concept and acceptance test.
  • Perform Testing of implemented system.
  • Assist our sales team on the system demonstration to our potential clients.
  • Perform project team trainings to executive level and functional user level.
  • Perform some technical work including building reports, queries and simple customizations using embedded tools.

The ASSA ABLOY ERP (Dynamics AX) programme is one of the largest in the world and offers plenty of challenges and opportunities for the right candidate.

The implementation of ERP in APAC is completed and will start the project to upgrade current system to cloud version. As part of the ERP implementation, integrations to other systems are implemented (Data warehouse, BI, Banking, Barcode scanning etc.).

The APAC System Consultant Associate will become member of an internal application team with 9-10 skilled ERP resources working together with external AX partners to design, develop and implement the APAC ERP solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of business processes and system requirements.
  • Documentation of business processes, requirements, design, test etc.
  • Design, configuration and testing of system functionality in ERP and related systems.
  • Supporting the business during ERP implementations
  • Performing Data Migration and supporting the users on data cleansing

Requirements

  • Have one or two years experience in consulting firm with ERP knowledge, being able to convey construction & informative information down to users.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • A detail-oriented, problem-solving attitude. Strong time management skills.
  • Clear in communication and good presentation skills.
  • Good in English & Chinese writing and speaking.
  • Travel will be required

What We’re Looking For: < r>- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, or in a similar role
- Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of at least one core ERP system (e.g. Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing)
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of general business processes across various industries.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyse complex problems, gather requirements, and design logical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
